Fact #423b: If you're not a morning person, don't shower in the morning. You run the risk of falling asleep in the shower, and then slipping, falling, and bruising yourself as a result. And you also run the risk of embarrassment when asked about said bruises.
...Of course, that didn't happen to me.

The English Long Bow

The "English longbow" was neither invented by the English nor called a longbow, at least not in our period, although the weapon was certainly known as a characteristically English weapon.

Not exactly/always true. An older woman who's keeping fit or does sports regularly is likely to have a slower pulse than a teenage man. Regular heartbeat for adults is 60-90 beats/min. My mother's heart beats 40-55 times a minute; she always stuns her doctors with that.
