But the SUVs are cominout to public in 2009, the particle weapons wont even be availiable to the government for a while, let alone you who has pledged to shoot down a car. Couldn't you at least shoot down one belonging to someone who deserves it, like someone on a cell-phone?
I was once crossing the street, and a car which was stopped started to move and hit me. On her cell-phone obviously, I saw it. But worse - she stayed on her cell-phone as she drove away! I shouldn't have to wait 3 years for you to shoot her down...
