I just want to start out by saying hey to everyone and anyone who cares.

Welcome
You know how all the Moderators and people who have been here for a long time usually make the nOOb Welcome threads.....well I want to be different and start one myself as to not so much teach you lots of things that you probably don't care about, but just to welcome you and know things from your point of view, because I am new myself.
First off, I read in one of the newcomers threads that nOOb obviously means new person, and they said it is basically poking fun at you, well, don't be mad at it, be PROUD!
So here will be for you all to have fun and teach the other newbies things that you yourself are just learning. That way, we don't have all this complex mumbo jumbo stuff from the moderators, (no offense, u guys are great...really!) and we will all be on the same level. This isn't blocking moderators from helping us out still.....I don't mind that at all, they are definately welcome, just let us kinda do our own stuff......learn TOGETHER!!!

n00bs...
N00bs are people like everyone else - the only difference is that they are n00 to something that's been going on for a while. Like, for example, the HC. I've played HOMM and MM for a while now (HOMM for 11 years, MM for five years), but I'm a n00b in this community, and a n00b in multiplayer gaming - which I don't do anyway (a lot of bad experiences with Diablo II LoD).
N00 is the synonym for 'new' - for all you fellow n00bs ou there.
Synonym is a synonym for 'words that are spelled differently but mean the same thing' - like 'sick' and 'ill'.
Sick is...ahh, to hell with it.
Hail to all of the n00bs in HC! We are the everlasting fuel that gives HC the strenght to become immortal!

Iris was only having a little bit of fun, and maybe a little off-topic, doesn't give you the right to have a complete go at her.
She was having fun, so lighten up a bit.
Her remarks which you described as stupid-***-***** remarks is wrong.

So you want everyone to do everything you want is that it?
People do things for a reason, and that does not give you the right to tell them to stop doing it.
If you get pissed off really easily when people don't do things you like, then go away, this isnt the place for you.
I'm not trying to say that in an offensive manner, but honestly, in the world there are always going to be people we dislike, and you have just got to deal with it.
It may be your boss, your parents, people on the street, friends etc, that you don't like, but that doesn't give you the right to tell them off and swaer at them and things.
That just isn't right.
Now I hope that you change, and apologise to Iris for going off at her like that.
