Daydreams
I am a bit of a {day}dreamer I guess. I have often thought about memories, dreams, and daydreams and wondered what the difference really is  I mean when you remember a daydream it feels the same as when you are remembering a memory – although maybe without as much detail. What do you think? Anyway…
The purpose of this thread is to post your daydreams  . Not necessarily your sexual fantasies – just daydreams.
I was watching Las Vegas the other day and during an ad break I started daydreaming about a HC/VW convention there. TNT and Russ were chatting up Pecu, I mean playing poker with Pecu while Gguy is playing the guitar and Val is singing to them. Val was dressed in his martial arts gear {sorry Val we were laughing}, foggie was topless – and some big dude made him put on this shirt that was really LOUD. Leggie was there sitting with some new hot chick, and doing the thumbs up at everyone. Vlaad was with his wife and the mods Angelito had a really cool hire car – and STILL wouldn’t take me for a ride to do doughnuts  . Everyone was there btw – I didn’t forget any of you – anyway… Then Iris, Pandora, Ruby, Milena, and GGirl come in and drag us all out to go to a rifle range to shoot pistols
Oh, and there was one of those huge widescreen TVs. Alarm bells went off to get our attention, then they showed us a video telegram from Trogdor and William who couldn’t make it.

Have any of you had any daydreams lately?
{I apologise if there are already 6 threads on daydreams, but Val’s search engine didn’t find them }

Most of my daydreams involve playing air guitar to arenas filled with thousands of screaming fans.
My shirt is off of course.

aww even i was in ur daydream, thts kool lol.
i often daydream about meetin ppl i played homm with in zone, but id hav to travel to america mainly for that to ever happen lol.
I also daydream about meetin hexa nd fayree agen cos i wanna see rhona

Iris broke a lot of hearts when she left HC for good in late 2008. She is currently traveling to China a lot as a PR of a multinational company.
Russ has become a good husband and father. Although he quit it years ago, he still finds the time to play a game or two with his daughters.
The_Gootch has decided he couldn’t hold onto irony forever either… and started writing a novel.
Xarfax has finally found the courage to admit his true feelings to Pandora. They got married and adopted Trogdor. If they are not returning your calls, they’re probably out dog sledding.
GuitarGuy’s spin on "Tavern of the Rising Sun" made him a one-hit wonder (sadly, his introspective album "Solitary Confinement" failed to reach top 100). He lives in his Beverly Hills villa, reunited with his long lost love.
Nobody has seen LegendMaker’s big fat BB code since 2007. He has become... a legend.
2XtremeToTake settled down after a short football career. He is a good father of two sons.

I love daydreams
how else would I get through maths and physics? what, do you expect me to LISTEN?
I think about everything from girls, rock concerts, movies, the existence of the universe, aliens, surfing, next weekend, Capn Jack Sparrow, guitar, machine guns, fast cars, jet skis, the future, the past, but never the present.

I once had a day dream about taking over the world.
It was kind of strange, but realy fun. Somehow, me and some of my friends created a machine that caused earth-tremors. After I eliminated, brainwashed and blackmailed them where necessary, I perfected the machine so it could actualy cause enourmous earthquakes. By the time I was ready to threathen th UN to crown me Supreme Emperor of Earth, I snapped back into attention.
The strange thing was it felt like a normal dream, but I was completely awake the entire time.
Is this normal or am I realy a megalomaniac ?

I agree, I know nothing about brains { } but it feels like the same part of the brain used for day dreaming as 'real dreams'. Dreams are essentailly screensavers for our brains... anyway, Memories feel the same as well - accessing images from the past, or past dreams/ day dreams all kinda feel the same although some are more vivid. Maybe I am crazy ...

If you're crazy, then so am I. Another strange thing occured to me when I was reading this. It seems, at least to me, that I have more of these vivid daydreams than I have normal dreams. As far as I can tell I have about three or four of these daydreams a week, while I have gone months without any normal dreams (not at the moment though). Or maybe I just wake up at the wrong moments. I have the same thing with memories and past images. It isn't very unusual for me to see my dead grandfather's face in my mind, at completly random moments.

Another thing is that images gained through reading fiction - good stuff - seem to be the same {this is prolly basic neurology or something; waiting to be corrected here } I'd love to hear more of your daydreams

I think I get what you talking about here. Usualy when I read a book, I see the very thing I'm reading in my mind. It's kinda like my mind is playing a movie of what I'm reading.
