oh yah and i was just looking over the info u gave us about the units. and i think a couple names are a little out of place. the first name i have a problem with is the new crusaders name, it seems a little long, i reccomend either master swordsman, or swordsman veteran (Master Swordsman in my opinionbut both seems like a little much. and i'm not sure if i like clan warrior as the name for the berserkers lesser form. i think it sounds a little 2 civilized, i think i'd like savage warrior or savage or wildling or something. but that's just my opinion. but all the rest looks good to me

Can we begin to create something ? Like create some new monters from other game like Darkhole said , or i fear i cant see the project in action ( sorry about my bad ENGLISH )

Aah... You see this is not a one name - it is just 2 alternatives: master swordsman OR veteran. We just dont know what is better, so we leaved this question to you, forum users and mod fans. You see, in russian veteran sounds better, but as i understand from your answer - in english vica versa - master swordsman is more preferable.

Commander must be 1 hexed only. And even now he is too much for 1 hex.

darkloke i know that u enjoy converting ur graphics, so i have a couple questions for u. 1 is there any chance we could see a couple of nwn 2 creatures in the mod? and 2 do u know of any way to extract the animations and stuff from heroes 5 at all, or is it even possible?

Which exactly? You know the places for monsters in heroes are limited.

Only model geometry, not animations.

I guess that we could use H3 gold income and total HP for towns.
For creature level transformations we could use something like:

Creature cost= c* SQRT(HP*dmg*(1+0.05A)(1+0.05D))

We can change creature DEF and H3 stats independently..

actually T2_2112 it's not really a secret, it's actually a very logical and easy process once u learn how to do it, it just gets very tedious at times. i was only asking if darkloke new of a plugin for H5 animations because the animations/models are in a painful format that u can't use

and on that note of graphics, darkloke i've got an animation all set in bitmap format but my walking animations actually move forward on the bitmaps. any suggestions on how to get them all in the center quick and efficiently or is it going to be painful alligning them all up using an editor like photoshop?
