Before I start to play ToH...
Well, I am finaly going to buy the game so that I can play on Ubi's server, and I registered yesterday at ToH. I wanted to ask, do the honor rules that existed in H3 still aply? such as the hit&run, armageddon etc. tactic? Personaly, so far, I do not see a reason for any restriction, yes, there are some balance issues left but I do not think that they should be settled by crippling the game with player agreements (which was neccessary for H3 to have a reasonable chance to have a nice endgame fight).
I am asking to make sure noone will have any problems if I, unintentionaly, do something prohibited (or 'prohibited'  ).

Everyone knows 2 players agree on the honourable rules.
TOH read the rules on there about toh rules also.
All other rules can be negotiated.
Everyone has different styles.

"Armageddon" was never an "honor" rule.
The only "honor" rule i know (besides not cheating of course) is "fight misplaced guards".

Right now there are no specific rules for homm5 gaming, just play friendly -- and if there is any way of cheating (I haven't seen any yet) don't cheat lol.

As u can see, rainalcar mentions H3 in his opening post. He even doesn't THINK about H4....
