Poll Question:
Favourite new faction!POLL
I'm new to this site, it's great! I like the new town projects most. I don't know if there was something like that before, but i made one  Mine? A hard choice, the most intresting of them are Ruin Wood, but my vote goes to bastion!

Hmmm... hard to choose. Ruin wood is the most interesting, Grove is the most unique, Bastion is most impressive. I equally can't wait for them to be released

even random combinations of letters usually give some answer, but it seems the project doent excist. (or is cunningly hidden  )

Oh really?
Look what i have found....
The patch will include one new town (or the town will be release more later)...It will be RUINWOOD...
Here are all creatures:
1.Rat->Ratman
2.Flesh Demon->Skinner Demon
3.Deep Arachnoid->Reed Shark
4.Spawn->Venom Spawn
5.Slime->Toxic Ooze
6.Thing->Mutant Wyrm
7.Fiend->Gnasher
8.Chaos (Doom)
I've already have all pictures of them..I'll post those some day soon.
Later I will post the stats of these creatures.

Unfortunatly yes....But after 1 or 2 months QuickSilver will appear and VOILA! Thousands of news
And also the new towns Grove and Bastion will about to be finished
But they will replace old towns unfortunatly

yes this is true but hopefully when the next wog comes out they will find a way to add towns without replacing others

Bastion (Pagal egiptieciu tematika)
Forge (ateitis praeityje  )
Grove (Night Elves)
Rafuge (Drow Town) (Dark Elves)
Water Town (rusai kuria tai tikras pavadinimas neisverciamas,seip tai kaip suporatot - Vandens Miestas)
Russian Town (Miestas pagal rusu tematika, labai mazai darbo dedama i ji, tai kazin ar jis pasirodys)

By the way the reason Google wasn't returning anything is because it's usually written "ruinwood"

bastion is easily the highest-quality town here. my vote to bastion!
i found a ruinwood thread in some other forum, but i must say if they leave creature graphics like that, im not impressed. An octopus that looks sideways down(a very bad thing, because it will horisontally and upwards diagonally move strangely then) upgrades into a big piece of s***. its like a naga upgrading into archangel! only that both look (and prob are in mechanics) worse than the aforementioned comparsion.

I think a desert faction would look good and would be the most useful. With nomads, genies and much more. But the curent factions are good ase they are not such a great need of an extra faction. Rather improve the current ones on graphics, add new music, recolour the units so that they look both good and with lesser saturated colours too. WOG remains the best HoMM anyway.
I'd like to dream of a total modification for Heroes/WOG based on history, with historical looking units and factions like (let's say...if antiquity-based) Rome, Carthage, Gauls, Greeks,etc.  .

Oh yeah, what was I thinking at. Heroes 1 & 2 . I voted for Bastion now I'd be courios if there is anybody who works on this, who is he and if he plans to ever release this (when).

HY! My vote is Forge! But i like the other towns too.Till now i know kina 13 town ideas and projects...the only ones that develop fast are Grove, Forge and Bastion. Btw....Bastion will surely be in wog 3.59.But i hope that all the towns i heard of will be played by us .

Grove is my favorite. Bastion is overpowered(the max health for lvl 6s is 120, not 130! ), Forge is unheroes(might and magic, not might, magic, and technology), and Ruinwood is...ugly. Grove is the only one that doesn't have glaring errors.

now i agree with what ur saying about bastion, but ruinwood will be an awesome town when it is made, it's just that bigjocker hasn't posted anything on his new town in a while, he's been busy with QS and i'm pretty sure he's going to add a section on his website with all the updates soon
