God, I've havnt been on in a while. I can tell this by the fact that when I looked at my profile, it said I was 13. I'm almost 15 now. God, time flys by, don't you agree?

And make the Death fellowship has 39 hitpoints: 30(lich)+3(Ghoul)+6(Sekelton)
Why not?

What happened to this idea? It was a great strategic development to Heroes. I am trying to revive this topic and trying to get k1ng back (his work and ideas are awesome).

okay, I've been thinking about this and i think i am able to make some fellowship units. this will however be my first try to mod the game so i will probably need some help in telling me how things work. as far as i can see all i have to do is this:
- extract the creatures from the game with a special tool, the output file will probably be a .Gif i guess.
- load 3 gifs in photoshop and delete the blue layer temporary so you can stack the creatures together. here i also have to shift the purple shadow from the creature into it's own layer.
- because all creatures have the same amount of animations they will be in sync.
- exporting the file as a .gif and make it into a .def file with another dedicated tool.
i have a reasonable amount of experience in photoshop but the other stuff is completely new to me. is my sketch of the situation that i just made realistic?
