You learn from good or bad mistakes.
Point is that you should not regret what you do in life because you learn from the experience & at least you can say you did stuff.
You did not sit at your house all your life playing computer games.
I made many mistakes in my life but i learned & it made me a stronger person.
An episode in your life can change your whole persona.
You learn to be wise so you can spread the wisdom to other young people.
I gave many advice to many young people & it helped them out.
More then likely I been there as a good & a bad boy.
If you made mistakes you regret, at least dont regret what you did.
As long as you know better then you can look back & see what you were & what you are now.
Intellegence cant teach you any of that stuff.

I don't know.Maybe I have regretted some things I've done and wished they'd just be forgotten. This comes naturally almost immediately after you have done something wrong or embarrassing and may continue to 'sting' you anytime you are reminded but in time it feels different. You may still wince or feel pangs of guilt if a little but it's something that is past, cannot touch you anymore, maybe seems funny after so much time. You may still think it was wrong, should not happen this way but it did and you can be fine with it.Essentially it is one of the things that made you who you are and shows you why you are like that now.A confirmation.

We all make mistakes.
Were only human.
There is two ways of taking it.
You learn from your mistakes & do better.
Or you repeat them.

Sometimes it's fun repeating them too Hehe...Depends on how serious they are but if not I may take my time.I don't like leaving loose ends but I know they'll be ok for a while.

At least we did somethang in our lives though.
People these days just sit all day playing computer games.
If they had cell phones they way they do now in the early 90's I would of been in heaven

From wikipedia:
Intelligence
a) The capacity to acquire and apply knowledge.
b) The faculty of thought and reason.
c) Superior powers of mind. See synonyms at mind.
I have no idea why people assume that someone who is "book smart" is intelligent. Personally, I don't see anything related to being "book smart" in the above definiton. This was also the reason I asked "why do you think he was intelligent?" question.
Intelligence, IQ, etc is pretty much what you are born with - your ability to ACQUIRE AND APPLY KNOWLEDGE. If you study books, computers, etc you become "book smart". If you study people, you become "wise" and "street smart". It doesn't matter which one of those you do - you'll be better at either of those than those who weren't born as intelligent as you are. It is quite possible to be "book smart", yet not be intelligent at the same time.
Being able to turn on a computer or knowing how to spell pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis does not make you intelligent (although intelligent people WILL learn those things faster).
Not stepping on the rake is wise, but it does not mean you can't be intelligent at the same time. Intelligence will just lower the amount of bruises you'll get before you learn not to step on the rake
