In other words: I wouldn't know, because I am a fan of Guilty Gear XX Reload and refuse to accept the superiority of any fighting game in existence, present or future. Equality? Sure, there must be games as good as GG, but better is unlikely.

Budokai tenkaichi 2 is a cool game with more than 100 characters.
So Bigbadfly whose your favourite?
Mine is Vegeta SSJ 2 and Broly: "Kaaaakaarooooooot!!!!!" I love the way he says that.

Cell 1rst form is cool althought I hate that special beam cannon of his (10 seconds recharge and moderate damage  )
I prefer Budokai Tenkaichi 2 than Budokai 3 but I have to admit that the special moves animation in B 3 are waayyyyy cooler than those in BT 2.
