Let Mommy take care of you :D
So I thought to myself as a parent that I should mention this subject and just throw it out for some response. Here in my county we have had a lot of fatalities involving teenage drinking and driving; particularly parents hosting parties at their residents and providing the alcohol to these underage booze hags.
Lets break down just a few things that you may or may not know. If your child’s friends come to your home and gets into your unlocked liquor cabinet and then leaves your home and kills himself or others, you can be held responsible in several ways including jail time. For that matter if an adult comes to your home drinks and leaves and performs the same act, you can also be held reliable.
It has become increasing more popular for parents to chaperon these drinking parties. They feel as though they can keep better control over their children’s actions by doing so. We just had a young man die about three blocks from us because he went to a friend’s house and had some drinks with the parents.
So when do parents start becoming parents and stop becoming the buddy of the year to their children?

Quote: and then leaves your home and kills himself or others
If someone leaves home and starts killing people, it's not because of drink but because of his mental issues... That's the same when people said Marilyn Manson was to blame for the Columbine.
One can never "start" being a parent. He is either a parent to his child from the beginning and until death, or he's not a parent at all. The worst thing someone can do is not spend time with his/her children, not explain some important things etc (mostly because of job, career and stuff like that) and then get a "parental" moment and completely ban stuff just because 0.01% of that thing's users were somehow harmed. I mean, there's a huge number of car accidents and plane crashes too, but you won't forbid your child to travel by car or plane, right?

This is not about a killing spree, this about teenage drinking and driving and is not relative at all to Marilyn Manson and Columbine.

This can be solved easily by not letting teenagers drive.

Teenagers should be probithed from lisening to MTW and to have rebelious friends. If a parent suspect that its teenager is looking at porn on the internet it is not wrong to spy a little. Hard punishments are good.
Any teenager who mastrubates is obssesed with sin and fornication and should be punished as hard as possible.
I formyself, has never tasted adult drinks (through i love low-alcoholic ones). In fact I never do wrong...

Aren't low alcohol ones adult drinks too?
It is nice to see a young man with his headfeet planted so firmly in on the ground
People should not let anyone drink and drive {duhr}, no matter how old they are. Kids will drink regardless.

Children who did the Columbine had parents such as you. Look where that's gotten them.

Obsessed with sin? Coming from a man who thinks killing innocents is a justifiable revenge? What's worse - masturbating or butchering people?

Children need guidance.
If they are caught looking at porn.
You should not get mad over curiosity.
A parent should sit down & explain it to them.
Birds & the Bees
Birds & the Birds
Bees & the Bees.
All the same
Point is children get curious & sometimes without guidance that curiosity can lead to a different path.
MOST IMPORTANT.
Without the right guidance from your family about sex & the oposite sex anatomy.
Children may learn it else where like with friends.
Learning the wrong way about sex would usually lead to a bad road.
Teach your children well

How do you get sex out of drinking and driving?
Either way, teens should have more responsible parent's. Some parent's just don't give a hoot. Where as the good parent's, that most kids find "uncool", usually don't allow any of the sort and will call up to make sure their child isn't doing anything they're not supposed to.

It goes either way.
Children get curious & inquiring minds .
It should be up to the parents to teach your children well.

The fact that there are laws that allow such thing to happen is really really sad. I wonder: how did those laws get passed? Who were the activists behind the stupidity? Why weren`t the normal people asked?

Uhm... What's with the negative tone? I've noticed more and more of it around HC lately.
All that AP said was that we, a bunch of geeks at Heroes Community, of which 80% is under 18, can't really help solve worldwide parental problems. There was no need to attack him for pointing out what we all know anyway.
What we need...
IS WEED!
I'll bet you 300 bucks that ViolentFlower is going to drink my blood for saying that...

Thank you Bak, your right I feel a sense of knowing coming on, this light if you will that says " Shell what is wrong with you, why this negative tone, not feeling like yourself today? You shall not speak of teenagers drinking and driving, don't you understand that if the broom of maturity sweeps things under the carpet that we can not fix it will soon just go away?"
Wow I feel so much better after that enlightening moment, thanks Bak, love you man
