Time-machine:True or Myth?

Well,as being a gamer for many years i started to realize the upper meaning(or the upper meaning i want for myself) of videogames. Videogames for me is a part from my childhood. And it's the part that reminds me my childhood better than other.Thats why now i can play a vg that i was playing it before 10 and more years. It's very emotional.I was doing and other things in my childhood but i can't find them now so untouched by the time as vg.So for me the upper meaning of vg is to remind me myself before many years. It may sounds a bit crazy but that's how it is.So i'm coming now to my title and i can yell afterall:YES there is truelly a time machine. For me time-machine is old vg.For me time-machine is homm2!That's why i'm still playing it after so many years.I 'm a bit distanced to all these new games and generally to all new stuff. The fun and the satisfaction aren't necessarily in new games with the graffics from another planet.
So let's all turn the time back!Let's play games that we played when we were kids!Let's ressurect our lost childhood..
That's all i've to say.I hope i 'm not the only one who feels like that.

on the subject of time travel, some famous people have expressed views on the subject.

douglas adams quote on time travel:
Quote:

the major problem in time travel is not one of acidently becoming your own mother or father (there is no problem to becoming your own mother or father that a broad minded and well adjusted family can't cope with). there is also no problem of changing the course of history (the course of history does not change as it all fits together like a jigsaw, all the important things have happened before the things they were supposed to change... and it all sorts itself out in the end) the major problem is quite simply one of grammar.

the main work to consult in this matter is Dr Dan streetmentioners time traveling handbook of 1001 tense formation. it will tell you how to express yourself if something is about to happen to you, but then you time-jumped two days in order to aviod it. the expression could be spoken from your own natural time, a time in the further future, or a time in the further past, and is further coplecated by if you time jumped forward in time with the express purpose of becoming your own mother or father...

most readers get up to the plagual subvertive subjunctive intentional before giving up (and in later additions of the book, all pages beyond this have been left blank, to save on printing costs).

if time travel was to ever be invented, then it would have been invented simultaniously and we would have used it by now.

Don't you think that, if there ever was a time machine, we would now know of it (because I suppose someone from the future already came here, and showed us the machine, right?)..

Since we never ever heard from the future, then it means no one will EVER come back to this time -- even if we would come back after time machine is invented, we would see ourselves right now (or something similar).. it's just logic

I thinks this sound stupid... but maybe the actual aliens, UFOs and all that stuff maybe they just are human from the future in a time machine... who knows

guys I don't think he's actually talking about time travel literally here, but talking about nostalgia...

ps.
if a wormhole was used to travel back in time then you could only travel back to the time at which it was created, not before, which would explain why no one has come to visit is..

First  i have bad English
Tesla found the machine which can alter time then he went to future but in the future, army caught them(he came with few several ppl) and told them to go back and destroy the machine don't know why told them to destroy but when they returned most of them were in the buildings it's hard to explain,  here's an example   you build a wall then demolish it  standing  on where you demolished the wall and go back to the future you will be in the wall.  i hope you'll understand

First, if you traveled to future (but you'll went back) you can see your future self but you future self is your traveled future self, your future self knows that you'll be there but if you live in future all your life,  you won't have any future self because your presence will be on future.  confusing

Second, the universe won't end if you touch yourself lol like touching other person. Then sex with yourself

It is actually possible, if you move faster than the light itself you would travel in time in a faster speed than we do now

Relativity says that the closer you are to the speed of light, the slower time flows for you. You may think this enables time travel, but in fact it forbids it. Sure, the logical extension is that if you go faster than light, then you'll go backwards through time. So the problems are:

You need to reach a speed significantly higher than that of light without going at the speed of light for the slightest moment. Hit light speed for as short as The Tick of the Universe ((c) Terry Pratchett), and you'll be locked in that exact instant, never to see anything afterwards, because your vehicle will never change velocity, ruling out any further perception. You might as well get a bullet through your heart - the last thing you'll experience is a certain dizziness.

Problem two: okay, let's say you've been travelling at double the speed of light for, say, five seconds (ignore the related paradox for a moment). Where do you end up? You won't be able to notice any time travel, because you have no previous knowledge of wherever you end up in, while your vehicle's board clock won't indicate any abnormal changes.

You think they'd come from the future just to notify you? If I did I'd keep to myself lest I alert other people to this paradox.
About the speed of light, wasn't it proven that there cannot be higher anyway?
@homam
About light, what do you think it is? A mass of particles both material and energy(wave) at the same time that travel with incredible speed. In this case our body would split into them to achieve that status though the tricky part is where you'll rematerialize. If it's in a wall you are a goner

According to theoretical science, it is possible (assuming you have a vehicle able to travel at ungodly speeds) to travel in the future however it seems it's impossible to ever go back.  Maybe that's why many people treasure photos.  It's like a window to a time and place we can never revisit.
Then there's always the idea behind black holes or worm holes.  Common sense would tell me that considering it was at one point a star, going into one (or near it for that matter) would most likely result in death.  I'm not a scientist nor have I studied black holes but if their gravitational pull is so strong that even light cannot escape it's grasp then I highly doubt one of these celestial bodies is going to take you back or forward it time.
