one of the best factions I've seen so far from those created by members, altough you should change the name, these all look like creatures of the darkness, so use a dark name. Don't have any in mind right now.

The Sanctuary- my version of the Vampire faction
First, nice and cool ideas there. However, they do need some development and expansion, and be less directly based on the Legacy of Kain games.
Here's my partial take on your Vampire suggestion, done in my Faction style (a partial take only).
***
The Sanctuary (Vampire town):
Vampire Count: Might Hero.
Racial Skill: Vampirism: Allows Vampiric units to drain life while attacking living units and raise their own stack during battle up to its maximum. Higher skill levels make Vampirism more efficient.
Associated abilities allow Vampires to retain their raised units after battle and even INCREASE their stack size during battle a-la H2 Ghosts (but limited by hero level).
Blood Mage: Magic Hero.
Racial Skill: Blood Magic: By using the Drain ability (learned auotmatically) on a living unit, Blood Magi gain Life Points which they may spend to empower their spells or spell-like abilities. Higher-level units give more Life Points. Associated abilities allow you to Drain all living creatures on the battlefield and use Life Points to raise allied units through Blood Revival or make them temporarily immune to the Vampiric weaknesses.
Note: If Sanctuary is used, the Shaman skll is renamed Wrath Magic.
Creatures:
Vampiric Creatures: All Sanctuary units save the Slaves and Blood Seekers are considered Vampiric. Vampiric units suffer increased effect from some spells (like Bloodlust and Holy Word), for good or ill. They are immune to Curse of the Netherworld, poison and disease (but NOT mind spells), and may drain life if commanded by a hero with the Vampirism skill. They are unaffected by both healing spells (but also by Raise Dead- being not living but also not Undead), making their healing dependant on Vampirism, Blood Revival and the First Aid Tent.
If the Sanctuary is used, the Necropolis gains Carrion Wings (Dead Eater or Scavenger) as their second 3rd level unit and Blood Dragon is replaced with the Dracolich (which gains a different ability).
The Roster:
1st level:
Slave- Servant or Blood Traitor
The human sheep, who serve their Vampire masters with their lives. May be fed upon by Vampiric units and sacrificed for Vampiric abilities (similar in role to Stronghold Goblins). Servants may establish a link with a Vampire unit to suffer some of their damage,
while Traitors suffer no retaliation.
Look like Goth humans, attack with claw bracers.
AND
Bloodcrazed Wolf- Murder Wolf or Packmaster
Formerly normal wolves, gorged on Vampire blood and turned Vampiric themselves. Appear as grey wolves with bloodstained fur and extra-long canines, Murder Wolves are albino and their entire heads are covered entirely with blood while Packmasters are black and massive.
2nd level:
Nightflyer- Innocence Taker or Nosferatu
A degenerate and ugly-looking breed of Vampires, bald, pale and hunched over and wearing rags. Attack with their teeth and claws. Glide on a pair of massive batwings.
AND
Dhampir- Blood Gunner or Vampire Slayer
The children of Vampires and humans, have Vampiric powers with none of the weaknesses. Tall and pale, they carry a Westerner feel and wield two mystic pistols which shoot spectral crimson bullets.
3rd level:
Crimson Knight- Carnage or Cuisinart
The Sacntuary's tank unit. Tall and powerful immortal warriors, who wear bloodstained armor, a flapping red cape and wield heavy and wicked-looking two-handed swords.
OR
Concubine- Red Bride or Night Mistress
A fast melee unit. These Vampirsses are as cruel as they are beautiful. The upgraded forms are spellcasters (the Red Bride is more offensive while the Night Mistress is sneaky).
4th level:
Blood Seeker- Heart Seeker or Slaughter Engine
These vile, bloodstained machines use a variety of scalpels, bone saws and syringes to drain blood from living units and store it in massive glass tanks found on their "backs". As long as the tanks contain blood, they heal nearby Vampiric units.
OR
Sea Stalker- Sea Terror or Deep Caller
Another degenerate breed of Vampire, these things are vaguely fish-like and attack with long tentacles and a hooked tongue (giving them a short-ranged attack).
5th level:
Patriarch- Elder Prince- Crimson King
These regal, undying lords are nearly invulnerable to harm (taking 60% damage from living non-Dragon creatures and possessing a hefty magic resistance), extremely fast and have spellcasting powers. They may feast on other Vampiric units to raise their own.
OR
Blood Beast- Blood Abomination- Blood Horror
Ancient and terrible, these once human-like Vampires feasted on the blood of Angels, Demons and Faceless and were twisted into terrible, towering monstrosties of claws, teeth, tentacles, multiple bloodshot eyes and flapping wings. They are extremely powerful and resilient melee fliers.
Opinions?

An answer
I posted the Sanctuary in here because it's not a part of my "official" h6 suggestion (in which Vampires are still Undead and still part of the Necropolis, and only have two units- the Vampire and the Blood Dragon). I have many ideas for other factions (Bastion, Outpost, Forge and Hive amongst others), but the final 12 are the ones included in my thread- the "classic" 9 from Heroes 3 and the Keep, Citadel and Coven. So I prefer to focus on them. The Sanctuary is just an idea, meant to inspire the thread...

Answers
Blood Seekers are Constructs specialized to support Vampiric units, not hunt them down.
The Dhampirs, with their unique abilities, are the Vampires' weapon against other Vampires (Vampire Slayer) or mortals (Blood Gunner).

now I have realised that some creatures have the stats the same as one from the original game. for example lvl 5 army and 6 army just like the inferno creatures. Of course that isn't necesarly a bad thing, but you could have found another stats.

This is a very bad idea. Vampires will never get their own race.
I mean 6 vampires and some kind of weird hybrid? And all look the same? Vampire faction is epic fail.

Vampires as a race? Meeeh.
They belong to the death theme, so they belong in Necropolis.
I fear that fantasy games have just used all kinds of possible races I can't think of any new race.
Maybe a race of humanoid birds? Like the Turians in Mass Effect (without the high tech of course lol)
