That is a quite tricky part. Most of them are in:
Data > Textures > Combat Arena > Faces > *faction name*
Some of them have been changed during later patching, and are in other folders! - but start out by looking there, and see if it'll work.

Excuse me, but since Plasma Dragon is my idea, I would like to explain what is it.
Plasma is the fourth state.
In Plasma, the electrons in the outer shell have seperated from the nucleus, and matter becomes a mixture of unconnected ions and electrons.
99% of the universe is made of Plasma.
This is the state that there is in the sun.
And there are also Plasma lamps:

And for that matter, where are the Emerald/Gold/Great dragon textures for improving the fairy dragon?

remember to recolour only 128x128, others willnt work

Not bad Daystar, but try to do the colouring much less extreme. The colors on the elementalist are very bright, and it would look much more natural if they were towned down and less "clean".

2ND UPGRADES MOD: DUEL MODE EDITION
> How to install?
1. Download a file.
http://rapidshare.com/files/26100506/2nd_upg_dme.rar.html (3,08MB)
2. Unpack into:
Disc:\(Heroes 5 folder)\data
Then you "data" folder should look like this:
> Known bugs and issues:
- Thunder Lord and Bloodhound are not recoloured,
- some creatures are extremally tall in their profile page and are partially above screen,
- most creatures have icons of theirs un-upgradeed versions,
- Summon Elemental spell is very imbalanced, though it can summon Plasma Dragons. It will be fixed or replaced,
- the mod has english text files,
- works with Hammers of fate 2.0, not tested with 2.1,
- replace system is not so ideal and a lot of abilities are hard-coded in game and are not shown in creature profile. True abilities are shown only in right-click table.
> Changes applied:
- due to used Replace System hero presets with replaced creatures are changed (for example Blood Witch is used for Darkness Dragon; so in duel where were Blood Witches now are Blood Maidens with higher value).
- presets have changed creatures to their new versions (for exaple Galib now has 10 Thunder Lords instead 10 Titans),
- Inquisitor has Cleasing spell (expert mastery) and mana capacity increased to 18, Archlich has Raise Dead spell (None mastery)
Mod is only for Duel Mode. Do not play with it in Standard Mode. After testing just delete files which were earlier unpacked.
If anybody want, I wish to report me any bugs or issues noticed in Duel Mode, except those which I wrote above. Besides, I want you to report me all grammar mistakes in creatures descriptions. I am also open for your balance changes propositions. Thank you.

Just an idea: Why not use Renegade files for 7th tier 3rd upgrade creatures? It could be upgradeable without any dweling...

because replaced creature would has its abilities, the whole mod bases on it, for example dvarwen nobility is for batttle griffin with removed flying

I tried recoloring, but this happened. (I was making it purple, like the H3 Fairy dragon, but this happened. Why did it happen? Help me!

sometimes creature is made of several files. try to find 'a wing file' in the same folder

Radar, you really don't want help from me? I mean I have downloaded your MOD, some of the creatures are very cool, like the Freary Dragon and Plasma Dragon (especially the moving animation). I don't know why you just want to break your relations with the GotP MOD, the new monsters, created by you are really perfect. They will live good on the GotP planet to ...
New Bugs:
The Tunder Lord have no ability description (right click on it)
On the Dwarven Nobility is written: "Unlimited to Blind"

I am not breaking relations with GotP, I just have no work for this. Thanks for reporting bugs, though you have work with GoTP and you found free time to test mine mod... thx a lot will fix it
daystar, how with the icons? can you send at least those you which are done? I'll apply them to the mod they are great
and vokial again, what work you have for me?
you know it will be NOT comapible with GoTP, in your mod there will be a sanctum, and you know the renegades are replaced...
I am sad too! I am no such a skilled modder to create NEW creatures and code them to game at least Replace System, anyway
and If someone wanna help me just I want to know how to make a creature doesnt appear on map. yes, it is tag "<SubjectOfRandomGeneration>true</SubjectOfRandomGeneration>", but if I would change it to 'false' the game crushed. tralalala.

Probably because the lights in the world. The Grass light probably doesn't have a white light but a yellow light instead. Try looking at your creature in underground where it's a blue light and see
