hmm, United Artists were the ones behind some of the James Bond films, but I am unsure whether this is a bond film, since all the bond films are in colour, and the early James bond were in black and white, and I am not sure if Sean Connery starred in any of them.
I just dunno

You mean you're not sure he starred in black and white ones or in ANY James Bond movie ever?

Yep, I got Critters 1 and 2 on VHS, nice movies lol
And the needles are poisonous and in Critters 2, at the end, they all join together to make one massive ball that goes around the city

I still find it to be a good movie, it has nice actors in it, how do a good job of what they are supposed to do, and nice special effects, for it's time anyway

There are no "black&white" James Bond movies. Even the very first one (Dr. No) was in color, and Sean Connory acted as J.B.
The picture T.A posted looks like it was taken from "From Russia with Love". The scene shows a turkish guy who wants to shoot the "bad guy" who is climbing out of the "mouth" of a big woman's face painted on a wall.
