i didnt mean to be rude or smth i just meant, its a nice idea of a thread and it goes dead for many days coz of one thing, everybody has some need to be super unique so they dig up a movie from a god forsaken place, usually a movie nobody besides them has seen and a movie that even they didnt like but only watched coz they were bored to death.
suggestion, if u start bringing movies that are a bit more public more people will play, and the thread will have 4-5 films a day instead of going dead for a week with one movie, we can all bring some dumb movie from our homeland which nobody will recognize but the point of the thread should be to just make it fun and alive, unless im wrong and then forget about me saying anything

This movie was really popular.
Slightly more obvious pictures coming next post. As well as hardest to guess pictures for my second film. I'm rotating these pictures around from hardest shown earliest, middle difficulty second post and obvious as third (third post is also a reveal of the movie name)
the movies I post are ones hubby and I own =p

Maybe we should say what region the movie is from also whenever we post.

This movie is from Japan, but is fairly well known too. It's an adaptation of something else.

Ooh I'm totally perplexed (and rather disturbed by the second picture ).
Where is Vlaad when you need him? I don't recognize any of these? Is that child deformed or does he have black eyes? Otherwise that's the most amazing Neanderthal brow I've ever seen on one so young!

You'll probably go "oh my god, why didn't I realize" when I reveal the movie tomorrow.

It's actually part of the story, while such and such a character and another do things to wind down in the face of what seems to be a dramatic failure of a... hm... can't say it without giving away too much.
I'll let you know this is from a comedy.

It's movie reveal time!
Note:
Due to the rotation cycle, if people do not guess one of the 2 available movies in 2 days, I will be posting another movie.
I will keep 3 movies active at a time, so this weeks Movie 2 becomes Movie 1 and Movie 3 (introduced this round) becomes Movie 2. It will happen as many times as it takes.
Movie 1:
So, the pictures I posted still didn't get those memories churning?
No problem, I'll post the obvious ones then.
This movie starts off with a rather iconic song. The opening credits are cleverly written on everyday objects, business cards, food, books, etc.
It all takes place in a small town, that much should be obvious for many reasons from the previous pictures. Here's two of the main characters goofing off on a makeshift bike ramp.
Yes, the movie was Napoleon Dynamite.
This is a couple that Napoleon's Uncle is trying to convince to buy some plastic food containers, you can see part of the model ship he also uses to try to entice them on the right.

The cow udder comes from a time when Napoleon and Pedro travel to a country fair to wind down when it looks like Pedro is going to get slaughtered in the school elections, Napoleon drinks different tainted milks to identify their defects. Pedro identifies what's wrong with one particular milking cow (that's what's pictured)
This picture is of the kid sitting across the isle from Napoleon, as Napoleon takes his action figure wrapped in fishing line and throws it out the window to drag behind the bus.
Yes, he's beyond country bumpkin.
That bus ridden by Napoleon and cave boy to school every day.
A country dirt road Napoleon runs down.
Pedro and Napoleon admire their classmates during Gym.
Glad I managed to squeak this movie by everybody 
Movie 2:
If you know the actors or have seen the movie you probably can identify these people.
Yes. This movie involves both High School and Police.... ooooh that really narrows it down.
But anything else I tell you would darn near give you everything.
Movie 3:
This movie involves war. Origin of film: Europe
This film is probably easy to guess also for movie buffs. I bet Vlaad would get it instantly (probably would have gotten Napoleon Dynamite instantly and the second movie as well).

Nope, good guess. The second round will have more pictures and expand on the subject, much like Napoleon and... the other did. But don't be afraid to guess.
It does look kind of like Les Miserables doesn't it?
