She goes through Ghost Behemots (they're ghosts,right ?XD) and get the deed from one of the chests => Or Fights them ( if there's only one and can beat it ). But i think that deed is in the chest.

No, wait, even better. "60% of ghosts are friendly" Perhaps that goes for ghost behemoths as well. You said she did not fight any level 8 monster, perhaps it joined her? Then she gets deed to the mine from one of the chests.
Or, you could have paid rogues to fight monsters (1000gp per level) and get the mine.  I want a yammy cookie

You are all close of it 
But... i suggest you take a closer look at those Adventures cave check all the options!
-She go in the cave
-She find rogues
-She Get out of the cave with almost no gold
-And its the week of the Goldigger.
Can i be more clear?

I am not entirely sure what goes on in adventure caves, as I am not familiar with them. What does she get from the rogues though? If only I had better knowledge of adventure caves... And stop being so silly everyone, actually try instead of just saying stupid things like, "the ghost behemoths joined her hahaha!" Does she actually dig the gold? That's stretching it a bit...I still can't find out how she gets the gold mine...sigh...

I'm rather sure the rogues are paid to kill the phoenixes... Then that leaves the mine open for collection.

I enjoyed the riddle, but I think the options in the adventure caves can be highly varied so try and keep it restrained

Woa, my ''tommorow'' was optimistic. I gotta make you think
TANYA, the wood queen, part 2.
Tanya had just conquered that super-necropolis with the grail when she realised killing 1 lich for it was no eought. The Pink hero was in fact the necropolis owner, with his 200 ghost dragon. Since that hero is super-powerfull, he casted ''no money''* on the necropolis town.
Afther dealing with the Necropolis Owner, she wanted the treasaures indicated by the map she found in the necropolis crypt, but they were heavealy guarded by three dracoliches.
As she was looking for creature, she fallen on a Magic Well witch only gave scrolls of ''summon water elemental''. As she was desesperating, she found a way to get money and creatures and got the super treasaure.
*dont exist, but it make the town make no money ever again, muhehehe*
How did she do?

I'm creating a simple order, you think of the most plausible move and then confirm it. You move on from there 
I think she then goes and defeats the dendroids, the chest contains a tome on a useful secondary skill I think...
The gate key locks (Disables entering) for about 3 days? Then it is removed and castles may be accessed freely.
