You mentioned it happened instantly, so I thought you meant only the victims of the explosion only.

Evaporate? lol, those were small nukes, very few 'evaporated'. Many died from shockwaves, radiation or 3rd degree burns. It's not like they dropped the Tsar bomb on the cities
If they would have, the cities wouldn't be standing to see this day

Vlad the Impaler didn't invent impaling. Turks did. Vlad just grew obsessed by it as he grew in Ottoman captivity.
Interfered with his mind.
That said, a properly impaled man could survive up to several days, if no vital organs were harmed. That's the art.
But we're going off topic again.

Never said he did, but he made an "art" of this.
Thus, I think it's worse than holocaust, in a way.
Exterminating whole nation for strictly economical/idealistic reasons is horrible, but making art out of torture is beyond twisted.

Ah sorry I get the confusion, my fault.
I wanted to mean instantly in comparison to the Holocaust. It took like at most a month (and just 2 days gap between bombings which also happened 'instantly' in comparison). Of course it's not really 'instantly' but just in comparison. That's what I meant.
The ones who evaporate are amongst the luckiest I give you that. There will be those that get blinded (regardless whether you look with your eyes at the explosion or not), incinerated by the firestorm (even if you get in water, only to discover you'll burn again once going to take a breath), hit by the shockwave (and get hit by nasty things around you -- debris, stuff like that)... or mutilated by radiation.
Being at the epicenter here is, ironically, the most convenient way to die. Evaporation is painless, cause you will evaporate before the brain can even interpret the signals. You won't even know what hit you (for the better, might I add).

I wonder what you are talking about a couple of pages.
For simplicity's sake, how about a hit parade, OSM's top 13 worst atrocities by humans for humans?
