Movie Master Gootch
I love movies. I love watching them. I love talking about them.
But more than anything I love critiqing other people's favorite movies.
I am dedicating this thread to discussion of movies but with a twist.
Tell me your favorite movie.
I'll tell you why it sucks and why you're inadequate as a human being for liking that movie.
I won't pretend to be fair or objective.
I promise to play favorites.
Movies will be criticized in order of how long I've known you and how I feel about you.
In order to strengthen my arguments about your deficiencies of character, I reserve the right to quote stupid things you've said in the past.

I'm big fan of Tim Burton movies and hes best movies are fantasies like Edward Scissorhands. There are movies like Planet of the Apes and Mars Attacks! what are below his standards.
Mars Attack! had similiar ideas what Tim Burtons one movie before this had (Ed Wood). There are old classic flying ufos and weird looking aliens. There are some nice ideas in this movie but in the end it's not enough fun/entertaining movie like these kinda movies should be. I like Ed Wood way better when Depp and Landau makes it really funny.
Some of my favorite movies:
Casablanca - Classic movie. My favorite black & white movie.
A Clockwork Orange - My favorite Stanley Kubrick movie.
Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain - (Amélie) Best french movie.
Forrest Gump - Tom Hanks best. Great movie.
Pulp Fiction - I like all Tarantino movies but this is the best.
Star Wars: Episode V - I like SW movies and this is best of them.
The Sting - Best Newman & Redford buddy movie.
La Vita è bella - Great war drama. Owns english patient by a mile!
Lotr - Some like it some don't. I think it's great and Return of the King is best here.

I wont post a "movie" yet as I like to mess with The Gootch.  So instead I'll post a link to my favorite video that I have been laughing at every day this week: Dear Sister
This video makes fun of The OC. A show where everyone is rich and white like "God" apparently intended.

Imagine listening to a laugh track for the worst 70s sitcoms.
Now extend it to an hour long and you have the Love Boat.
The truth is, my dear, is you cited this movie because of your sapphic fantasies about Vickie while you were growing up. Aren't you a little old to be looking at teenagers wearing braces?

1. Watching Flash dispense with the bad guys using the football that looked like an overgrown faberge was retarded.
2. If Star Wars came out in '77, why on earth did the special effects for Flash Gordon have to look so freaking hokey? Don't tell me that was the point. Anytime you can get magnificient talent in the guise of Max von Sydow and Brian Blessed in a movie, you owe them and your audience more.
3. The theme song was sooooo early 80s. I don't care if the movie came out in 1980. Queen had an obligation to make a more timeless song. You know, like Pink Floyd's sound.
4. Speaking of Queen, are you going to grow out a handlebar moustache in honor of your idol Freddy Mercury once you start getting the whiskers? Do me a favor and don't. Geeks are meant to stay cleanshaven.
