Mod Help
 hello everyone
I have some interesting plans for a mod, but i don't reaally know in what programs i need to use to make a new town, creatures in the map and how to create new creatures for the game
please help

First you have to try making creatures, VERY much work... that is the most important thing, and the thing that takes most time too.
