Who should kill Biara?
The Barberians ofcurse. They hate Demons and their opening would be great if they kill Biara once and for all. Two last campaings Necros are the bad guys and how mutch i would like to Necromancers rule the world of Ashan i doubt it. They will make goody-good ending whit Wizards saving the day...
Crag Hack should kill Biara

personally, their should be a huge fight cutscene. biara and freyda duel with large swords with amazing visuals. (bullet time, lots of jumping and parrying blows... ect). Biara pushes freyda to the egde of the cliff (oops, forgot to mention that they are fighting on a cliff, but not close to the edge). she pins here down. freyda says "ill kill you for murdering my mother!" "No, freyda," says biara "i am your mother." freyda is speachless. "No... NOOOOOOO!" she kicks biara off her and stabs her in the stomach, finally killing her.
There can be two endings.
1. she brings here sword up, ripping here in two.
2. She uses her sword to fling her off the cliff.
either way, she ain't comming back 
a huge ceremony is held place at... somewhere. freyda is the star of the show, but she seems distracted. was what biara said really true...?

But i think that she'll bring Dark elves to her side too, and when everything starts going down she'll normally escape... But I was thinking what a great artefact would we got from her corpse... Smth like Markals skull just it could be Biaras deceit or smth like that and it could enhance your Diplomacy for 50 % and allow you to have more creatures in the army without morale loss  ... kidding!!!
But as I understand it ... Demons can't actually die ... when they're killed they just return to Sheogh,right? If that's true then the only way for her to die is if Sovereign kills her ...

has she really commited Matricide?
there always is a certain pattern with heroes. i can't remember what its called but it goes something like so.
1. hero is born, something amazing happens.
2. hero grows up with the love of their opposite sex parent, whilst the same sex parent is often jealous
3. hero is exiled by same sex parent to fufill a quest.
4. hero finds a powerful villian and they fight.
5. this exert happens:
hero: "i am going to kill you!"
villian: "you can't kill me, because i am your Father/Mother!"
hero: "that just makes me want to kill you even more!"
villian: "Oh f- (head gets sliced off, or dies in some other gore drenched fashion)"
6. hero returns and married opposite sex parent. if they are dead, then they become senile pentitioners and die from myximatosis.

I soppose. mine was only a segestion, though. i hope they dont put this bit at the end where you see biara, dead, but then her eyes open- then cuts to the credits. that would be just creul.

naaah... i hope it will be some epic battel on a really really really big field so that you can fight with 3 heroes at the same time against biara. First round would be Findan, Duncan and Ylaya. Second round would be Godric, Wulfstan and Freyda and then the epic battel with Raelag against Biara... In the end Biara would stand on a cliff and laugh at all others because they can not reach here but then she get struck down by a lightning bolt and Tieru will be walking up the hill and say: "Ahhh that was about time. Hello my Friends"

I've got a better idea, picture this scene in your head:
After yet another treachery Biara finally manages to defeat all her enemies. She stands on a hill looking down at the dead bodies of Raelag, Freyda, Wulfstan and the others. Just as she is about to laugh her evil victory laugh a strange portal opens behind her, thousands of angry HOMM5 fans jump out of the portal and beat Biara to death with their keyboards.

The mighty armies clashed, steel striking bone, horn stabbing into flesh, fire meeting ice. The acrid scent of sulfur, sweat, and the stench of death filled the air as the blood of demons, men, orcs, elves and a hundred others dyed the ground red. The cacophany of screams, the chaos of pain, the opressing bloodlust and the extacy of greif surged into the emotions of the combatants.
Then, through the warriors that met, fought, and died one by one, four heroes met in the center of the battle feild. Biara, scales normally black tinted to yellow were flaring reds and bronze in the excitement, eyes glowing with the joy of the chaos. Her tail whipped around her, stabbing or decapitating any who would dare aproach her. A blue amulet flashed around her kneck, warding off those who were not dead, nor not of the living.
Raelag's journey to the center of the feild was less direct, his sword was constantly out of its sheath, slicing his way through those that attacked him. When at last he made it to the center of the feild, his hair was ragged, and his pale skin was laced with cuts, bruises, and the steady trickle of blood.
There he saw a sight that gave him fear and pride at the same time. Isabelle, his love, was marching steadily to face Biara, Empress of the Demons.
He joined her, walking at her side, and touched her hand with his. He didn't know if this was to be their last moment together. The gentle fall of her hair, brushing against his cheek, brought back all the good memories, all the joy he had missed since the word that the last Great Army of Demons was marching on the ruins of the Holy Griffin Empire. Now here he was, surrounded by every creature he had seen in his travels. Biara stood there, waiting, ostentatiously preening her tail.
"I thought you said it was over," he whispered playfully to Isabelle.
"It was, from a certain point of view," she responded, squeezing his hand a little tighter. "But, look on the bright side: No matter who wins, after this, it really will be over. No more Kha-Beleth, No more demon armies, and" she raised her voice a little bit "No more Biara."
Biara glared at them, the smiled chillingly, showing every one of her teeth filed to razor sharp points.
As if on cue, Freyda appeared beside them, a puff of blue smoke the only sign that she had magiked herself there. She really was getting quite good, one had to adimit. She leaned anxiously over to Isabelle, asking quietly, "Are you sure you are ready for this?"
Isabelle clenched her hands, realized that Raelag was still in one and relinquished her clench as he made noises of dis comfort. "I have to be. Arantir set everything up for us, we won't have a second chance. Besides, with that amulet to counter necromancy..."
They were before Biara now. As one, the two ladies drew their swords, steel ringing, pollished silver hilts gleaming in the light of spells wizzing back and forth around them. They were all looking distinctly at Biara, hoping that the elf on the hilltop was still watching over them. The need not have worried. Out of the blue, a golden arrow lanced down, aimed straight at Biara's heart. Just before it hit, however, she caught it, and stared up at Findan, then back down to Raelag, Isabelle, and Freyda.
"Fools!" she shouted, "A meteor sent by the gods themselves was not enough to destroy me, what makes you think you are?!"
The heroes smiled, and watched as a dark purple glow formed around the arrow. Biara, realizing what it meant almost istnatly, tried to discard the arrow, but the sheer power of the arrow, imbued with implosive magics, made it almost impossible to let go. She fell down on her knees and thrust it into the soil, adding her own magic to send it barreling down.
Standing up again, Biara smiled at the waiting heroes. "There, you see? Not en-"
An explosion from under the ground sounded, and a rush of soil blasted up into the sky. A gaping whole met the eyes of any left watching. And fromm that whole, there was a glow. It was somewhere between an acrid green and a pale, deathly pink, and as all watched, it grew stronger, and then out of the whole shot as many specters and Wraithes as Arantir was able to raise. Biara watched, for a second dumbfounded, and then summoned immense powers of fire and blasted the undead into peices. However, the sound had woken them up, so to speak, and across the battle feild, skeletons, zombies, and vampires were tunneling their way up out of the soil. With trained a accuracy, each one drove a sword or a knife, or a club into a demon, then moved on to the next. Within seconds, every demon on the feild was cut down and died. Biara looked in horror, realizing she was the last demon standing on the face of Ashan.
With a scream of rage, she shot at the three waiting heroes. Around her, the undead pressed in, watching with haunted, glowing eyes.
"I'll handle her!" Raelag shouted, and leapt into the fray, meeting Biara's tail with his sword. Isabelle concentrated then. The sounds of her love and her hated enemy clashing faded away. Everything was calm, and gentle, and full of light.
"IN ELRATH'S NAME!" she shouted, and the calm disolved, but the light remained, and as she raised her hand, and performed the most powerful spell she had ever performed. All the Skeletons, Zombies, Wraithes, Ghosts, and Vampires around her were encased in a glow of ash and light. She saw the closest one to her, a skeleton, as organs, then muscles, then flesh, then hair and eyes and all other human parts returning to her body. The Resurection took hold, every soldier on the battle feild, undead or just dead, was brought back. But as Isabelle knew, the dead sometimes prefer to stay that way. The anger on their faces was easy to read, and Biara looked on in fear as her amulet's power became rather usless.
"Freyda, get us out of here!" Isabelle shouted, and with a puff of blue smoke, she, her lover, and Freyda vanished.
The tides of angry, half-souled dead glared at Biara, already weak from destroying her kin. Then without a sound, they advanced, and a scream of pain let all know that, at last, the threat of Biara was ended.
