they're gna die whether or not you take them with you, the only difference is that you get less money if you survive when you take them with you.

Not quite in keeping with the previous, but: you have control of some points for a train track. If you leave them, the train that is coming will kill 20 people. If you pull the lever, the train takes a different route and kills 1 person. What do you do?

I'd let the 20 people die I think. I couldn't live with the guilt of having killed the one person (let's assume even Crag Hack at our heels won't get us there fast enough), even if it did kill 20 afterwards - after all if I hadn't been there they would die `unaided`.

Hmm, interesting that one. When a friend of mine gave that answer, someone else gave them a slightly different situation. Here we have a doctor doing a routine operation on a patient, and two other patients with one kidney each, who will duy if they don't receive the transplant. As the doctor, you could take out the healthy guy's kidneys and give them to the other two people, killing the first patient in the process. Basically the same situation, but it really made me think.

Something like star treck's replicators. Think about it. Endless food, ect. Who wouldn't want that? Sure might hurt the economy, but would help out a lot of people also..

I would invent a combo time machine/dimension teleporter(counting TV shows, games, etc. as dimensions also. I could go into all of my favorite games, TV shows, etc. AND go back in time to go into shows that have been discontinued. I could also go into the future and see what things are like.
