Not bad, but there seem to be an awful lot of halflings. lately towns have 2 - 4 of their core race in the town, where you have quite a few more. I like the Bat Rider/Harpy ideas, those are good.

However, the "awful lot of core units" is what I like most

well, looks good.
i'm very interested in the 17 halflish gods.
creatures need more work, however. harpies, no matter how bird-like, wouldn't work as a level 7 creature. most people still see it as a traditional level 2 unit.
not only that, but the other creatures sound a bit samey (clubman, maceman, morning starer, for instance, its kinda lame).
i never imagined halflings as alchemists, unless you could edward elric, the fullmetal alchemist, but is just short (Travel size).
if you want to make a town, first find a culture. then, find an important position in the culture and that will be your hero. then research army units in the culture and use them for your creatures.

This alchemy skill lets you at the town to make alchemetical capsules out of several diffrent resourses you can make a walker called an Alchemetical Homunculus, a shooter called an Alchemetical Archer, and a flyer called an Alchemetlcal Eagle. Each can be made of a diffrent material such as tin, lead, bronze, silver, gold Ect. each taking diffrent resourses and having special charecteristics like lead ones usually are faster their strength also depends on how much of the resourses u used and the Alchemist's level in it. Theese capsules when made are carried in the spell book and can be fired out during a battle to help you (They are all treated as elementals) during the end of combat if u win any capsules u use r automatically removed from your spell book unless you have a special skill called capsule recycle which gives u a chance that you get any capsules you used back.

Well mostly it's my brothers idea for a halfling town he absolutly wild about them and I sort of dougth that he'll change his level 7 creature he's alredy worked forever on thinking of it and their racial skill plus acourding to what he says this is what a halfling army is and I have to take my word for him since I love him we're very close and it's not like we can get much help from lord of the rings because the Hobbits don't really have a millitary force or Royalty.

you don't have to use lord of the rings.
find other sources. look at a civilisation from the past that really fascinates people.
i really don't get how alchemists can fit in with halflings... or harpies for that matter.
still, a good start, i am really interested to hear more about the 17 halflish gods.
and for next time, please use paragraphs.

The line up is not too bad.. adding some interesting ability would further make it better.
I do have some minor objection thought (base on personal perfernce)
-Harpy is not a good level 7 creature. Also don't really see how they are link to the Halflings.
-Alchemy, while a good concept, seem to be more suitiable to the Gnomes.

I like the line-up. Don't have any objections to see harpies as lvl 7 creatures, but I do have objections about the monarch...
Halflings are long-living creatures. If I'm not mistaken, Frodo were at the age of 50, when he started his big adventure...
So, if 50 years old dud is someone, who has just become adult, 11 years old dud is someone who would have something about 4, 5 years (50:11>4.(45) 20:4.(45)= about 4,89)
Oh and I agree with Bixie your names and are pretensious, IMHO

I'm saying 11 years old in their terms of how the Halflings see him.
You do the math so the answer comes to 11 years and the begining is your answer to his age.
Is that clear with everyone?
Oh and by the way their is no use to keep complaining about alchemy and Harpies my bro says they're staying no matter what got that

Because he beats me up, like every time he doesn't get his way.
He's practically the son of King Kong and Godzilla
So please for my safety do what he says (ow! he just hit me) or perhaps the next time I post something it will be in the hospital.

sounds like you brother is not short of one thing, but lacking in another.
if your brother wants to do alchemy and harpies, halflings is not the town for him.
anyway, why doesn't he join, then he can print his own towns and not sully your name.

moi, dissing ideas?!
i was merely suggesting an alternative, my friend.
additionally, nice work on the halfling gods. people tend to have gods around what they know. halflings might have a god of mealtimes, or of sneaking around and pinching stuff, as aditional ideas.
with the gods, try and variate betweem the sexes, have a god of thunder, god of lightning and a godess of rain. or change the earth god into a goddess. otherwise it just seems one sided, and makes the race seem unisexual, and nobody wants that for halflings (even really partiarchal societies still had godesses for women to worship, although they did tend to be around sex, love, home and cooking)
please let your brother keep in mind that forums are ment for discussion. especially in the altar, we suggest better (in our view) alternatives and interesting (again, in our view) additions to his current lay out. what he has is good, but it is flawed. if he would allow us to make suggestions about we think it should be made, he could edit were appropriate and so on.
if all else fails, your brother can easily get an account here, since its free. and if he is afraid of the dreaded "GEEK" curse, then he shouldn't be.
