Another way to get rid of it is to get it out as anger I've ruined many rooms that way... it costs alot I must learn to control myself... mostly when it's 'mental' pain though, physical pain is possible to ignore. I walked around with a broken arm for two weeks trying to ignore it

Yeah unless it's my stomach This must have been one of the worst pains I have felt. Anger can surely help, as long as your mind is focused elsewhere you can bypass mental pain. Admittedly that reminds me a bit of your character Shagrath

Well I sometimes get angry when I am frustrated, so I guess that could be pain

Well it sure is pain towards my fists.

But there are some times when it is a physical pain and I get frustrated by that and then in turn I get angry. Usually I hit a wall or something.

That's probably why he didn't have emotions I agree about the stumach... it's hard to ignore it when it feels like the stumach is twisting around trying to get out of you...

Do Brick Walls count as thick???

I have a whole bunch of holes in my cupboard door from getting angry when I am in pain.

And I was angry the other day, but not physical pain, mental pain, just things happening with family just made me very angry.

Dude I feel you... I once kicked in our gunproof glass door . Fortunately my food didn't get hurt But if nothing helps try this you might get a headache but this is about pain isn't it?
But no seriously I don't know how hitting something can would in anyway help you as it doesn't improve your situation in any way... I guess I'm to rational while I'm in pain. Usually I just get really cold (like calculating and cruelish cold not like the oposite of hot). But what the heck reactions differ from person to person... eventhough I would not advise you to whineing arround with your problems wanting to make people feel sorry for you... In my opinion you can't get lower than that...

well that to but small children can't help it usually and eventually they whill still learn...cowards however sometimes also can't help it but but whineing for the sole purpose of attention is what makes it so dispiceable to me.

Yeah i think i could withstand about 3 times the pain in my legs arms and back then i could take in my stomach or the regions nearby. Unfortunatly pain there is all too common sometimes.

Pain makes me more resistant over time to that kind of pain, pain makes you stronger.

And yes theres something useful to get your adrenaline or anger, hatred pumping. It makes pain just a small nuseance. Also if your leg hurt, hurt the other a bit harder. And then the nerves will lose focus on the first leg, well it may seem to do that..bein numbed down.

The strongest persons are the persons that can take the pain inside them to lock it and overcome all the bad feelings. They can do this years but finally they all fall, even their strong psyche cant take too much.

Physical pain can be overcome, it's the emotional pain that really cripples a person down, and there's always a possibility that it may never heal.
True.

It is relatively easy to endure physical pain. Understanding that eventually it will end is the key. Ok, in some cases it won't end. I don't even want to think about that.

Emotional pain... yep, that one can cripple you. But you need to remember that no matter how bad it feels, things are not as bad as you think they are.
Someone you loved died? Well, some people don't even have ANYONE who they love and whose death will hurt them.
You broke up? It is their loss and you can always find someone better, for one, someone who will value you enough to not let you go. Think about all the good things that you have to regain your confidence.
You lost? Well, who doesn't lose? Don't be a p****, accept it and keep going... or find something else if it is obvious that you can't keep going.

Or try the ultimate solution to any kind of pain... Drugs, Alcohol, or World of Warcraft.

I am quite good at taking physicl pain, I think. A few months back, I broke my leg in a judo competition, but I refused to quit and I finished the match. That being said, I'm not very good at dealing with mental pain. When I'm hurt I tend to joke about it and bury my feelings deep inside me. The mask I wear from day to day, smiling and laughing is always there, but some days it's all I can do to stop people from noticing my pain. I guess I'm afraid of them judging me, thinking I'm weak or something. At times I feel bad, but I don't say anything, and that can't be good, right?

But I'm not in pain that often, I'm quite happy most of the time, so no need to worry and consider depression.
