I will try to do it
Btw, I am working (again) on a project... this time a demon-town (who haven't tried it before...) but still I need help giving creatures abilities and help replacing some things. If someone can try making buildings and such I would be grateful.

wog_edn, if we're going to make a demon town, perhaps we could take inspiration from this thread.
Diablo Town
This town was coming along very nicely until it came to a stop. I think we could revive many of the ideas. Perhaps we could even get Kipshasz's permission to use some of his work. It's not doing anybody any good just sitting in a dead thread looking pretty, after all.

Thx I've kinda learned from earlier that it's idiotic only to post line-up and such. No use in posting before you have something ready. I have .def for the Native Centaur, Morgawr Centaur, the wolves and soon the wild minotaur. I will still make alot of creatures so at last it will be a whole town I suppose (teamed up with Antipaladin now too, and Cepheus fixes the stats and T2_2112 makes .defs. I think this can become something, after so many trashed projects here on HC some of us can manage to make an add-on (you and Aciddragon is the only ones that have managed it until now, more to come hopefully )

I don't think I will make a new town. More like BJ said, just monsters. I will replace some neutral creatures... a list of which will be gone:
- Arctic Sharpshooter
- Lava Sharpshooter
- Gorynyches
- War Zealots (replaced with Wild Minotaur)
- Santa Gremlins
- Boar (replaced with wolf)
- Mummy
- Crystal Dragon (replaced with Drake)
It will not take to long time either... going away soon to a not that fun place, so I will probably make most creatures there.
BJ, how to change creatures' abilities?

By changing stack experience or with scripts, some of them can also be changed by rewriting txt file.
T2_2112, what do you mean?

I don't know what program to use to get frames from MM (I had a man who was doing that). After getting frames you must resize them, choose good palette, make whole image larger and make some frames by yourself (because not all the creatures in MM have all the frames......That is the answer to your second question)

I used one program to make creature appear in the hex as you like. Don't remember the name. I think it's called DefTool or someting
