Due lack of Man power , lack of skills i decide BETA version will use re-color creatures only , FINAL will may be have little modified creatures and special effects .
But now i need to know who with me 1st , anyone still care this MOD

Thanks EDN. I too am going nowhere and as soon as T2 sends me his finished graphics for the town and creatures, I'll add in the stat-changing files and new heroes, then we can release the Castle beta.

Some ideas for other towns too
Necropolis:
Skeleton/Undead Peasant as level 1 (my old possessed peasant ).
Black Knight (Dread Knight look)/Reaper as level 6.
Skeleton Dragon/Ghost Dragon as level 7 (remade).
Dungeon:
Minotaur/Cave Minotaur as level 5 (wild minotaur frames).
Black Dragon/Deep Drake as level 7.
Stronghold:
Wolf Raider/Wolf as level 2 (Wolf have bigger population, but is weaker)
Fortress:
Gnoll/Native Centaur as level 1.
Wyvern (Wyvern Monarch frames)/Pit Wyvern as level 6.
Hydra (Chaos Hydra frames)/Swamp Dragon as level 7.

Probably best as a neutral since Skeletons are affected by the Necromancy skill.

Excellent, can we keep the name "Wild Minotaur"? Sounds better IMO.

Hmm. The Castle's practically complete, so here's the rest...
RAMPART
We'll use Pixies and Sprites as level 1.
Level 2 will be the Elven Swordsman (Black Elf?) from Might and Magic. We may want to recolour it a little.
Level 3 stays the same, maybe with a different name. We need an upgrade.
Level 4 stays the same, we need an upgrade.
Level 5 - same as above.
Level 6 - same as above.
Level 7 - same as above, again
TOWER
I think we may consider turning the Tower graphics into those of the Conflux, if we can. The Conflux will be replaced with a Dwarven faction.
So level 1 will probably be changed to Wisp / Guardian Wisp.
Level 2 - Gargoyle (any better ideas?), needs an upgrade.
Level 3 - Will be Mages, moving down a tier. Upgrade might be Enchanter.
Level 4 - Gold and Diamond Golems, moving up a tier.
Level 5 - Same I guess, need a new upgrade.
Level 6 - Could do with a colour change? Also needs an upgrade.
Level 7 - Err... We might want to change the Pyre dwelling in the Conflux. Otherwise same as above.
NECROPOLIS
Level 1 - Skeleton / Black Guard.
Level 2 - Zombie / Revenant (we need a Revenant...)
Level 3 - Wight / Reaper?
Level 4 - Vampire / Nosferatu.
Level 5 - Lich / upgrade needed.
Level 6 - anything goes for this one.
Level 7 - Bone Dragon / Shadow Dragon.
FORTRESS
Level 1 - Gnolls may be switched with Troglodytes? I need a second opinion.
Level 2 - Lizardmen all the way. Need an upgrade.
Level 3 - The Lizard Swordsman from Might and Magic. Flies will be neutrals.
Level 4 - Same, need a new Basilisk though. Perhaps a renamed Deep Drake?
Level 5 - Same, using the Might and Magic Gorgon.
Level 6 - Wyvern / Pit Wyvern
Level 7 - Hydra / upgrade.
BATTLEMENT
The Dwarven faction replacing the Conflux. Will probably have Tower graphics.
Level 1 - Halfling and an upgrade.
Level 2 - Wolves?
Level 3 - The Might and Magic style Dwarf.
Level 4 - Dwarves from the Rampart.
Level 5 - We'll use something from Might and Magic. Not sure what yet.
Level 6 - Same as level 5.
Level 7 - Crystal Dragon and some upgrade.
The other three are coming soon.
