Constracting a building could require more than one day
I think the way the buildings are constracted in one day isn't realistic. It would be much better if their constraction required more days.

You are right, but I'm afraid the opposite is happening. Now you can build more than one building per day...

Well, one doesn't exclude the other.
They could very well have both more than one day to build a structure and more than one structure per day.
I'm a bit undecided on what to prefer in this subject. It adds complexity, but is more realistic. Strategically speaking it doesn't add much (You have to plan longer ahead, which could slow down game-play.)
Also what happens if the enemy captures a town in which you're doing constructions? Could they stop construction and take the resources/money you've not used yet? Are unused resources returned to the player who does the building? Or is all resources considered spent when you start building?

And would you have to pay the entire building cost up front or will it be like MOM/AOW? If you didn't have to pay the whole thing upfront, you may as well begin the construction of every building on turn 1. It's the only way to save time.

Is anyone else scared by the fact you could basically build up a castle right away on day 1? I mean, yeah sure it adds a whole new faster paced thinking, but it would make turns take FOREVER when they are deciding, and if one building is underbalanced, then a town might have a BIG advantage over another one if they just get lucky and have one type of resource nearby? I just hope buildings cost a whole ton more...

...speaking in terms of time...as far as one day is represented, can it not simply be representing a week or even more? ...this way, its just easier to play, instead of having more turns, while you can do far less in them...that to me, would become very annoying...
