The whole Ashan storyline is crappy and predictable. I would like Heroes 6 to start over in a brand new world but what they really need is a better writer.
The current writers seem to think that having a dark story just means more violence and good guys acting like complete jerks. Having a dark story really means multilayered characters with complex motivations and goals. Agrael didn't have to turn good all of a sudden through the "power of love." Markal didn't have to be the stereotypical "me evil, me attack everyone for no reason" necromancer. They could have actually tried to throw a plot twist into Dark Messiah, like Isabel having twins, each inhereting a portion of the demon powers, forcing the Demon Sovereign to either train both or train one and having him kill the other to absorb his powers.

That sounds a bit familiar - two twin brothers, sons of a mortal woman and a deamon, one good one bad, bad want's good guys powers to release the demons into the world of humans - excuse me but that couldn't be more like DvilMayCry3.

Nooo, that guy's Leana's UNCLE(the one daying in necro attack). So I remembered it all corectly. Thnx for reminding me the names. The strnge is how can in this case Leana be NOT a demon worshipper.

Hear hear, although after some thought I've decided I'd rather not see Nival or Ubisoft in charge of taking that great story and ruining it completely like they did with their own. I'll rely on LotA and other fan mods for continuations.

@Cepheus: Is it LotA now? Since when and why?
@Radox: First of all the classical storyline does NOT originate from H3-H4 but From MM1-9 and then H1-H4, but also theese two storylines make one big story. However I don't practicly understand why is everyone so pissed of with the new story - after all it's sopose to be just the beggining right?

I am p'd off with the new story because it prevents the old story from continuing. I don't have a problem with it otherwise. Surely you know what LotA is, it isn't Ghosts of the Past. Look here.
