Alright, I'm currently playing it. The first thing I notice is a stack of mixed neutrals. Squires appear on the map but when you right click you can see there are also some griffins and inquisitors.
There is a wait button on the combat screen now.

Edit: Are the haven pictures correct? The Inquisitors, Paladins and Cavaliers have different looks...
Anyway it's great that you got this all up so quickly
edit2: Minor error on the abilities page: the description of Prismatic Breath doesn't have it's own row but is written in the row belonging to Purge

Few things I've noticed so far:
- They changed the sound of the Footman when he gets hit;
- The snare trap ability of the Goblin Trapper can be placed anywhere on the battlefield and reduces movement of the enemy unit moving over it by 1;
- A red hammer on a town indicates you could build something there, but you lack the resources for it;

A note about the 2 maps in the demo:
- the playable one (Father Sky's Fury) is actually mission 3 of campaign 2
- the other (Agrael's Trial) is a single player scenario - I don't know what this activation code is yet.

GREAT topic! But I think that Stroghold's units have way too low hipoints WTF - a Centaur has 6 hp? Less than a human archer? Come on, this is urealistic, to say the least...

Too bad it makes orc units lucky man's creeps (no bloodrage )

At first sight into the demo, there are great new features already!!
- Mixed armies with threat assessment
- Kingdom Overview
Note: the creature abilities page was indeed bugged. It's fixed now, thanks for noticing.

Yes 6 Hp for 2x2 creature sounds as too few.
I guess that their apearance will give wrong impression of HP, just like Genie's one does.

M&M newsletter? I'm not subscribed to anything like that, as far as I know ...
New info:
- They *still* haven't fixed the mouse-click behind large creatures in the combat map (need to turn the camera to reach those squares)
- The Shamaness has 4 strikes in her melee attack
- Rage level increases happen directly when an attack is ordered, not when damage is actually dealt;
