capitol and equilibris
just wondering: is it a mod that make you to build capitol that gives you something like 2000 gold every on homm4 or could some make one?
And how do you change the music on the main menu?(i've read about it on celestial heavens but i forgotted it)

Here's the list of changes in Equilibris.
There is another project you might be interested in, though (since it's about the economics of H4).

Well, there is another project opened by Omega, but since I helped him with information(hard code information), I'll bring this project to this forum too.
Changes into last Equilibris Mod(testing purpose for now)

Replace the executabil with new one and the rest of files put in data.

If are requests for original game "Winds of War", just post here and I'll make the changes when have time, and of course if I'll be able. 
I can change Heroes II, Heroes IV, Heroes III(I'm in WOg team). Heroes V is moddable for all

That doesn't do something. I'm so stupid with modding and files, so are wondering where are the executables what are they names.
And please give me a toturial how to do it

Dont have time right now to explain how to mod Heroes IV, but I can explain you how to install the new mod.
1. Download the mod from:
Town Hall&City Hall
1. Replace h4mod.exe with the new h4mod.exe(put this is your main directory)
2. Replace equi.h4r with the new equi.h4r(put this in Data of your Heroes IV game)
P.S Make a backup of old files because maybe you'll want later to play the original Equilibris version
