If it's not a game with human, or if it's finished, then you could provide a save for that, right? Or the map and indication where the boxes are. Or just the map.
Until then I don't feel I believe  I mean, you could be mistaken about spells he has.
Btw, I think on fixed maps there is another way a box can be empty. If it contains artifacts and your hero has all the slots on him and in backpack taken.

I'm pretty sure same Pandora Boxes generated by RMG can just be empty, however this list doesn't mention them. Still, there was at least one bug in that list.

One map showed that Pandora's Box gave attack, defense etc. I asked for? Remember Heroes are just a few or a lot of secret like the first day of the game hero got the Grail in backpack. Players can also be realized only updated RoE maps. Everyone knows collectible card game is also rare cards. Have fun! More fun facts about the Library [of Enlightenment]

The info you given were either given before or simply wrong.
0xp is default value. If box has 0xp it is empty by definition.
I don't see how 'not taking pandora box' refers to the thread either...
So I'm pretty sure you did indeed give wrong ideas.
Now, Salamandre actually provided an explanation, with evidence to back it up... And he did it in proper english, which helps a lot too.

They turn out empty if the spells they contain are unlearnable because you dont have enough Wisdom.

Umm, just gonna give you a point...
Some Pandora's Boxes are simply empty. It is normal, nor a game bug.
That's why is it called 'Pandora's Box'.
So, some are really defended but behind the guards, there are simply some simple boxes

I'm wrong. Yes Pandora's Box can give Primary Skills. Because I rarely used Pandora's Box.
The Grail? If you remove many artifacts, then the Grail appears. At least my one map.
I don't think empty Pandora's Box is bug. Legendary bug originated from a moth in a hardware, ok later on people think the bug in a second. If creator forgot or meant such. Bug really means Cyberpunk 2077, for example. Ok bug's birthday 9.10., now's 23.10. And 1947 year.
