Heres what to do:
start out go down and recruit Warriors go slightly north and free centaurs and reinforce them at the creature dwelling.
Now split the Centaurs into two stacks having around 80 each (split by holding shift) now start heading SW and find the hut of the magi so you know where the prison is. If you hurry there, the Champions won't have time to get reinforced and so you'll be able to kill all of them with few casualties, then enter the prison and get the slayers (about 30 in my game) now you can put the centaurs back into one stack but don't put them in dangerous situations. Your slayers are now your shock troops and keep the warriors as aggressive but not a much as the slayers, from this point head clockwise and soon you will run into the cyclops. This isn't hard now that you have slayers so kill the guards and get the cyclops now you should be starting to see the red hero running around follow him and take his castle. Now all you have to do is get the goblins in the NE corner but take your time and get levels/ artifacts/ whatever until your ready to end the mission.

I try to heading SW but there was some troops on my way (Cavalier and squire) and I lost all my Centaur by Cavalier. So I could not fight the Champions.
Other suggest ?

Various strategies to creep with Stronghold.
First strategy. Single goblin stacks (ie 1 goblin in a stack all by its lonesome). I call this Rage Creeping. When a stack dies, your units get rage, which can help tremendously. Also, you can use the single units to soak up retaliations or attacks. Just don't do it against anything that has extra or unlimited retaliations hehe. Not as popular as the next, because you still lose units..even if only 1 or 2 goblins at a time.
Second Strategy (the most popular) Flaming Ballista Creeping. Unfortunately I forget how easy it is on this map, but I think it takes awhile before you get warmachines..so this might be a bit harder to do. Anyhow, this one is basic. Get the skill Flaming Ballista .. and a Ballista..and go forth to slaughter.
The third one is a bit harder to do, and has two requirements. The Patience of a Saint, and Goblin Trappers..lots and lots of Goblin Trappers. Now in this version you start out only fighting Walkers. Preferably slow (both Init and Speed) walkers. This strategy also can be used with the other strategies. Deploy Trappers..and only trappers. Set traps initially while hero pounds on the walkers. If they get to close..start running your trappers all over the place. Keep hitting with hero..eventually you will win. The 1 goblin stacks can buy time for your main stack if needed.
I would also suggest a Kraugh Tactic, but as Kraugh is not in this scenario..doesn't help much.

The prelude is an easy map anyway, there is no rush in reaching the opponent. Explore, kill neutrals, capture dwellings

Yep. Though the neutral stacks do grow, compared they grow kinda slow. A few extra weeks of creatures and you can just walk through your enemies.

Yeah, there ia a portal to go back to the dwellings area. But there is no way to go back fast. Because there is only one way portal!!! That makes me upset!!
