Heroes 5/TOTE running problem

Since I bought my new laptop HP DV9000 (dual core 2.0 MHz, 2GB RAM, GeForce 7600 256 MB) in spring , I have been experiencing serious problems running Heroes 5 earlier and TOTE now... Basically, I often get "send error message" screens and occasionally "blue screen".

I wonder if anyone else have experienced similar problems?

I'm just really desperate as computer is working all right with other games and I have reinstalled two different Windows XP versions but to no avail

Please help desperate heroes fan...
