The Dream Neutrals
In this topic I wnat you to post neutral creatures that you think would be a nice addition to the Heroes 5 franchise, if Nival and Ubi weren't so narrow-sighted... Here are 12 suggestions by me. Discuss them and suggest more additions.
PIRATE
Tier - 2
Health - 15
Damage - 2-3
Special - Sea fighter (Receives +3 attack and defense, and +1 speed when fighting on board of a ship)
Comment - I think the Pirate would be a nice touch, because there are no sea-only creatures in Heroes 5.
SATYR
Tier - 3
Health - 25
Damage - 4-6
Special - Mirth (Morale of this creature is never negative)
Comment - Satyrs are quite a popular mythic creature, so it would be a good idea to iclude them in the game, even if just for the sake of variety.
WEREWOLF
Tier - 3
Health - 30
Damage - 3-7
Special - Howl (Summons an equal-sized stack of Werewolves next to the target it attacks once)
Comment - Same as Satyr's.
ICE DEMON
Tier - 5
Health - 66
Damage - 8-11
Special - Teleport
Comment - I always liked the Ice demons of Heroes 4.
BASILISK
Tier - 6
Health - 90
Damage - 12-19
Special - Petrifying attack (Has a chance to turn a number of enemies into stone, killing them instantly)
Comment - The genuine basilisk is a bit bigger and stronger than the hoax we saw in Heroes 3, so it would be nice to have it in H5.
DARK SORCERER
Tier - 6
Health - 100
Damage - 10-14
Special - Immunity to all spells, Spellbook (Implosion, Blind, Sorrow)
Comment - I was a fan of the powerful Evil Sorceres in Heroes 4, so here's the male version. Plus, there have always been stories of powerful, evil, black magicians that live an isolated life.
NAGA
Tier - 6
Health - 110
Damage - 18-18
Special - No enemy retaliation
Comment - WHAT! I can't overcome the fact Nagas aren't in the game!
ROC
Tier - 7
Health - 200
Damage - 23-36
Special - Frenzied dive (Same as Imperial Griffin's, but deals 3 times the regular damage)
Comment - Roc is one of the most popular mega-monsters in Eastern mythology, plus we need powerful neutrals desperately.
GARGANTUAN
Tier - 7
Health - 200
Damage - 28-40
Special - Double shooter, No melee penalty
Comment - One of the nicest creatures in Heroes 4.
BEHEMOTH
Tier - 7
Health - 250
Damage - 39-65
Special - Deadly blow (All attacks of this creature completely ignore target's Defense rating)
Comment - The legendary Behemost MUST be back, stronger and deadlier than ever!
AZURE DRAGON
Tier - 8
Health - 600
Damage - 50-80
Special - Immune to Dark magic
Comment - As children of the Sky, Azure Dragons are completely immune to cursing spells. And more importantly - THEY ARE BACK!
MEGADRAGON
Tier - 8
Health - 1000
Damage - 75-100
Special - Megabreath (This firebreath damages all creatures standing two tiles in front of the Megadragon)
Comment - The Megadragons are too heavy and therefore cannot fly. Their only weakness is the lack of wings and low speed.

What your not happy with over 180 or so creatures?.. Im puzzled here.Sure some arent so different . but almost each one has a new special ability.
Oh and theres already a wolf neutral with the exact ability your describing. And the naga got dumped for the rhakasha rani. face it . Looks similar but doesnt have the naga name on it....

Werewolf hasn't anything to do with the current Wolf Werewolves are semi-human beings, who turn into monstrositis when there's full moon. And yes, I am not happy with the "180+" creatures that differ only by their skin/texture! Lazy Nival! What's the purpose of having 78561 types of Genies instead of having some interesting different creatures? I wanted diversity...

Oh.
Quote: PIRATE
Tier - 2
Health - 15
Damage - 2-3
Special - Sea fighter (Receives +3 attack and defense, and +1 speed when fighting on board of a ship)
Comment - I think the Pirate would be a nice touch, because there are no sea-only creatures in Heroes 5.
Agreed, good neutral unit.
Quote: SATYR
Tier - 3
I think Werewolves should have their own faction/microfaction, but other than that, I like these.
Quote: ICE DEMON
Tier - 5
Health - 66
Damage - 8-11
Special - Teleport
Comment - I always liked the Ice demons of Heroes 4.
Excellent, I was really hoping that the demon alternates would be ice demons (Frost Demon, Grim, Ice Maiden, Frozen Stallion, Frost Feind, Snow Devil)
Quote: BASILISK
Tier - 6
Health - 90
Damage - 12-19
Special - Petrifying attack (Has a chance to turn a number of enemies into stone, killing them instantly)
Comment - The genuine basilisk is a bit bigger and stronger than the hoax we saw in Heroes 3, so it would be nice to have it in H5./quote]
I personally feel the Basilisks should be in the Naga faction.
Quote: DARK SORCERER
I think they should be in the Acadmey.
Quote: NAGA
Tier - 6
Health - 110
Damage - 18-18
Special - No enemy retaliation
Comment - WHAT! I can't overcome the fact Nagas aren't in the game!
They need to be a faction, not a neutral, but it would be a good start.
Quote: ROC
Tier - 7
Health - 200
Damage - 23-36
Special - Frenzied dive (Same as Imperial Griffin's, but deals 3 times the regular damage)
Comment - Roc is one of the most popular mega-monsters in Eastern mythology, plus we need powerful neutrals desperately.
The Rocs should be with the Orcs or in the Acadmey. Since they aren't, good Neutral!
Quote: GARGANTUAN
Tier - 7
Health - 200
Damage - 28-40
Special - Double shooter, No melee penalty
Comment - One of the nicest creatures in Heroes 4.
I Disagree, it seemed like a giant demon badger.
Quote: BEHEMOTH
Tier - 7
Health - 250
Damage - 39-65
Special - Deadly blow (All attacks of this creature completely ignore target's Defense rating)
Comment - The legendary Behemost MUST be back, stronger and deadlier than ever!
See above, re Roc. I also think they could be in the Naga faction. I have good reasons.
Quote: AZURE DRAGON
Tier - 8
Health - 600
Damage - 50-80
Special - Immune to Dark magic
Comment - As children of the Sky, Azure Dragons are completely immune to cursing spells. And more importantly - THEY ARE BACK!
Teir 10! But totally agreeing with you.
Quote: MEGADRAGON
Tier - 8
Health - 1000
Damage - 75-100
Special - Megabreath (This firebreath damages all creatures standing two tiles in front of the Megadragon)
Comment - The Megadragons are too heavy and therefore cannot fly. Their only weakness is the lack of wings and low speed.
Nah, never liked them.

- Flyer
- Immunity to Dark Magic
- Caster (Righteous Might, Curse of the Netherworld)

Comments: The Dark Angel's strategy is fairly obvious; reducing damage from enemy creatures while life draining them and keeping themselves alive. Simular to Archangels, except more self-centered, obviously.
Fire Giant
Tier 7
Attack: 31
Defense: 36
Damage: 40-80
Health: 270

Maggot Swarm
Tier - 1
Health - 2
Attack - 0
Defense - 0
Damage - 1
Speed - 3
Initiative - 8
Specials - Weak Poison - 1 point of poison damage per 10 Maggot Swarms.
Disease - Lowers the defense of the target stack by 1 and the maximum hit point of the target stack by 5%. This effect does not stack.
Engulf - Engulfs target stack, reducing its speed and initiative, and damages it every turn. Speed and initiative reduction are based on the total hit point of the Maggot Swarm divided by the total hit point of the target swarm times 10%.
None of these abilities work on non-living creatures.
Vulnerability to AoE damage - takes double damage from all AoE attacks and spells.
Infestation of Maggots
School - Summoning
Level - 3
Description - Summons Maggot Swarms from a dead stack. Causes poison and disease to all adjacent units. Amount of poison damage depends on the number of Maggot Swarms summoned. The number of Maggots Summoned is a percentage based on mastery times Spell Power, doubled for large creatures. The maximum number of Maggot Swarms summoned is dependent upon Summoning mastery and the total number of hit points in the dead stack. Only works on living creatures and Zombies.
