Mad duel imbalance
Remember Anwen? The guy that never shined in duels? Well now he's an unbeatable monster. Not only 5 of his units get the first strike 90% of the time, but they also have favored enemy over all enemy army.. Dryads, mad ammount of dancers, corns and dragons, all of them hit you in 1st turn, scoring mad ammount of kills.. then elder druids cast endurance on wind dancers (and through bond of light, on pristine corns), so that dancers have 45 def and are completely unkillable. Hero easily kills tier7 units with deadeye shot imbued with eldritch arrow (2 kills per attack).. and in the end of battle, his raging treants come to action, with 12 init and almost 50 att after their special is activated.
Quite "lol". Especially when 90 dryads kill 4 red dragons in 1st strike.
Anwen demolished even SINITAR, which pwns everything else in this game in duels, was a close battle, but, still.. even 1,2k dam empowered lucky meteor shower wasn't enough to stop this monster.
To think he doesn't even have high luck or Arcane archers, two things that make elves so powerful.. 
I know it's just a duel, but its really tempting to focus on sylvan town now. Tried hard and with almost every possible hero, but I couldn't stop my friend from kicking my butt EVERY time.

tell me about it...i mean strong fast good 1st lvl units i can live with,but lvl 1 units that can kill all my 7th,6th,5th lvl units all together is just insane,this hero needs serious changes ^_^

Sylvan army altogether is simply wicked. And if their racial and luck kicks in, you're dead. They don't even need a hero.
Helmar got crushed like a fly, even though he has full set of dwarven kings (mass ENDURANCE and mass deflect missile at start) plus he casted mass divine strength+righteous might in first turn due to his special. Was +12 in all stats enough? Well.. no. And he has similiar army.. and used rune of berserking..
I'd like to see Anwen with additional 40 arcane archers instead of the war dancers stack (wind dancers are much better), and with 5 luck. Lmao  Maybe with proper light magic, too. That would be simply ridiculous

Nah, Sylvan is rather resource-costly and not that uber strong early on. But their endgame army feels like a joke now, their alternatives are so much better it's almost unfair.
With the exception of druids, you can go for alternatives with your eyes closed. Elder druids are still better because of expert endurance, though.

note: the reason am posting so much is that am playing a game and my opponent is sooooo slow lol,been like 2,5hours and we only reached week4 rofl

Back to Anwen, though...
He has nothing that is considered imba in this game, in fact..
his army isn't that big.. his arties are rather mediocre, compared to some other guys (like helmar with his set of dwarven kings).. he has low morale and luck, he has nearly no magics.. And, his specialty is strong, but not overpowered.
Imagine a necromancer composed like him.. 90 skele warriors (let it be 150 even, since their growth is higher), 70 of each of zombies' upgrades, 10 vamplords, 17 archliches, 10 wraiths and 3 ghost dragons.. no overpowered arties, no luck, no spells.
Would he win a game? NO!! he would get OWNED hardly..
Seems that's an obvious indicator of Sylvan army's strength now.. even without arcane archers.. 50 def level 2 units, level ones killing half of army in one blow, level7s with their "whack the whole army" breath, level3s that have no penalty, def reduction and high damage, level6s that have 50 att and 12 init together with 180 life.. LOL?

yeah the new wind dancers are simply .... .... .... there are no words lol,good thing he doesn't have luck tho xD,and my opponent dced and never logged back on again o.o,was a nice random-random game xD
edit : Anwen is a she?????? and defeating all the he ppl?how shameful lol

Sinitar is also very-very strong, try him against necros, for instance. He was able to kill Raven with nearly no losses.

Don't worry, I was disappointed too.
From this discussion here Sylvan is starting to sound quite uber now.... Interesting
