What if they made a FF XIII for Wii?What do you think it would be like?After all, the FF series are FAMOUS!I think that you would actually move like the charecter. Or what if it had kind of an Inuyasha or Bleach twist to it?What do you think of that? I think it would be really cool. I already beat FF I through XII. Now I'm just bored.

Not gonna happen. Square-Enix might have started to make games for Nintendo again after the breakup following FF 6 (Square wanted a bigger cartridge for FF 6, but Nintendo preserved the production of those for other games first), but so far, they haven't done much more than remakes, spinoffs and special games like Mario Hoops 3-on-3 for them. The main FF-line (and the good Kingdom Heart games)is still a PS-only deal, and given the focus on pretty cutscenes and graphics, it wouldn't be possible on the Wii.
I'm actually starting to get pretty pissed at them for playing that way. I bought the GBA remakes, even the DS one, but it's starting to get old. Heroes of Mana sucked, and Kingdom Hearts on GBA was just weird (why did it have to be some sort of card-game, SE?).
And I'm not exactly liking what I hear about the story of the second Tactics Advanced, either.

I only played X and
X-2
FFX is great.I even lost time maxing my chars to 99999 damage before finishing the game lol.Lots of fun sidequests I discovered. The breeder guy's monsters are the most challenging to fight even if u do 99999 against anything else against them you only do like 5000 damage  . Great storyline and graphics too.
X-2 I borrowed from a friend and after 2 hours I stopped playing and gave him back the disc.Disgusting game.
Kingdom Hearts is nice on anything other than GBA. Chain of Memories is just weird.Too bad I dont have the I anymore.I like more the I than the II.

Actually, that's inaccurate.
The NES games: FF1j was released as FF1us. FF2j wasn't released in the US. Neither was FF3j.
The SNES games: FF4j had two versions: Easytype and Hardtype. FF4jeasytype was released as FF2us. FF5j wasn't released in the US. FF6j was released as FF3us.
The PS1 games: FF7-9 released normally. Also, FFOrigins released with FF1j and FF2j, FFChronicles released with FF4jhardtype, and FFAnthology released with FF5j and FF6j.
The PS2 games: FFX-XII released normally.
Handheld: FF1j and FF2j with extra content released as FF Dawn of Souls on GBA. FF4jhardtype, FF5j, and FF6j remade for GBA, with extra content. FF3j remade for DS. FF4jhardtype is being remade for DS.

Beaten VII,IX,X
Number six is the best. Eight one is maybe the second best no matter what people say. Somehow I just liked the atmosphere there.

Final Fantasy VI is indeed very good. I have played little bit the FF Origins but the very first games are perhaps little too old for me.
Has anyone tried the remakes? I don't particularly like the 3D cartoonist looks but maybe i should give them a try. Is the new Final Fantasy III worth it or should i really complete the original game first?

I have a question. I've never played FF. But I've seen a lot of cool music videos at YouTube for Final Fantasy. Are those really from FF? Or are they fan made videos or something?
Edit: Chandler or a mod needs to edit his post so we don't have to scroll.

well, the music is usually unrelated. The videos shown are usually FMV's or the like which appear in the game, but aren't quite ingame graphics (although there are some cases where they mix both). Think of the intro cinematic of Heroes 5.
Also, there are a few Final Fantasy movies. While one of the continues the story of FF VII, the graphics again have nothing to do with what you see in the game.
As for FF3 on the DS, its pretty good, but probably not worth it if you ever played the original game. There isn't really much added content other than character depth except for some stuff that requires exchanging ingame mail with like 3 different people.

So it sounds like the videos are cut scenes or from the movie.
I was going to say that if the game itself looks and sounds like that it's worth buying just for that reason alone.

They are probably fan made videos if they are music videos. There are beautiful musics in the games and OST are often 3 or 4 disks. Final Fantasy X for instance has nice song called To Zanarkand it's from the game but the video is from the cut-scenes of the game.
Also there are lot's of videos from Final Fantasy movie (Advent Children) but thats completely different thing, i would say it loosely based on the game. If you like to try the games out you could start from Final Fantasy X on PS2 or Final Fantasy IX on PS1.

The last one: Final Fantasy X - The Dance is original video and sound from the game as well. There has just been accident and many of villagers have died cause of this giant water wave and now Yuna the Summoner is "sending" the death spirits to Farplane where they can rest in peace. Pretty strong stuff.

and there's also that Macalania part where Suteki da ne plays and Yuna and Tidus(or whatever you named him)kiss for a long time underwater.And Kimahri who pretends to not be looking lol.

Hoo-boy Christmas is coming early this year, i found new Final Fantasy XII in store few days ago whit just 25€. I tough a second and made correct decision: Yes, i have been very good boy this year i shall buy this game right now 
...And what a game it was! Good to see FF series are back in it's tracks again. I had low expectations when my friend warned about the game not being so good but i need to disagree. I tough the new system worked marvelously (if you knew what you where doing). Difficulty was pretty easy but the game has many side quests and other things to do. I like the world of FF XII it's nice mix of FF IX and VIII imo.
I strongly encourage you to buy the game if you haven't already.

I must Say that FF VI (6 fer those who Dunno Roman Numerals ) is my fave, I love Kefka's Theme ( IMO the best FF Villan ever, so Badass. )
