my question is that now i want to change the skillwheel by Aurelin for myself. what program do i need and how can i do this?
Basically you can't.
I assume you're talking about the flash executable. Sources are not provided, and you're not supposed to be able to modify the program.
More exactly, you should contact Aurelain for such requests: he's the only one who can give you any clearance to do so. His email is in the app (hover/click the "Skillwheel 3.0" label in top right corner).

so if there is no other way to do this, i'll stay it like that and make a own doc file where my skills with the prerequisites are shown.
