here,wshall have a new thoughts.
i mean listen
Each player plays a modrotaor from HC,and a modertor plays the player who plays the mods,having in a nice fun game,only no one can play valary since he is immaense in power.
what you think?

lol hm...
maybe could work.
Only would be tough to find enough moderators to play equal to the number of normal members...
I think it would be better if you don't HAVE to be a mod you can be anyone, and just discuss it with them before hand in pairs or more...
eg. Person A becomes B, Person B becomes C, Person C becomes A or whatever, but still has to be that everyone posting is represented.
