Its seems like most factions has a problem with scruvy couse of lack of C-vitamin if u listen to u, not sylvan though. (Catastofy for necro, bones becoms tender and falls apart )
And a question, dous dark elfs become so gray becouse of the lack of d-vitamin from the sun
(And yes i have read a biologi book )

necropolis:nothing
Inferno:enemies bodies
stronghold:chicken,wild boar,goblins,maybe their enemies
haven:most same as stronghold but not goblins or their enemies also their eat corn etc.
sylvan:fruits and anything else what nature gives them
dungeon:what underground gives,poisonous spideys...
academy:spicey food.
fortress:beer and chicken perhaps pig too
