Equilibrium MOD for Dwarves
I have just a little question for the Scholar ones around here. I've been searching through the pak in order to find some place to change the initiative cost of using up a Rune, but I found none. Are there any possibility related to this? The idea is to change this matter and to make the creatures had to spend 75% of their initiative when they want to use any rune. And by the way, restore the same fact about the Imbue arrow.

For Imbue Arrow, the setting is in
GameMechanics\RPGStats\DefaultStats.xdb
search for ImbueArrow_ATBDropOnCast. It is set to 0 in 3.0.
For the runes, however, I never saw anything allowing that.

Oh, what a pity. The only way I see to balance the dwarves is setting up the runes cost and editing the only ones for which is allowed to do that (revive and another one more, if I remember well).
