Please move your(excellent) mini guide to another topic and put a link to it instead of this big post here. I want to give it a QP but it won't happen until you put the text to its proper place.
Also, would you mind if I play a little with those ugly links in the first post? I'm not sure if I can turn the pictures into links but I can at least try.

Wow great ,but i have this problem
I change many frames => RGB ( for more opt , more easy to modify ) then change back to Index mode . I have one palette each frames . I want all frame have same palette . But how ?
BTW can i use some pics of U for personal use ?

Yes you can. With credits if public use.
I will answer to your question about palette in my new topic/tutorial today later as i now can only write from my mobile phone.
Oh..and If I were you ,I would never change to RGB and when to INdex again. It will mess palette, so it will be very hard to fix it and make good DEF.

Ok,i will do it today later. And you can try to change those links,because i was unlucky to do it.

About the first post ...
I did all I could think of but image links refused to work the way they should  so I changed them into text "Link" after each picture. I also asked the other moderators but all they could say was to use links like I did.
P.S. : You might want to add your last two creatures to the first post too.
