The griffin Empire, then ally with the elves and Necromancers to pwn the Wizards, turn on the Necromancers and take their lands, and divy up everything between me and Irollan.

the elves are kinda more honourable then that. If they join the necromancers in the first place they will probably remain loyal to any alliance they make.
Id be content with the griffin empire personally. Only place were you can remain in comfort and splendor and have a good laugh.

I would take sheogh and than make an ultimatum to all ashan to make me their lord cuz noone wants to have hell hounds everywhere on their lands chasing cats behind.

I will crush the Necromancers of Heresh and rule over the necromantic lands and remake them in my visions. Liches are supreme! Vampires make excellent bodyguards. Bone dragons will be ripped of their essence to make more liches and vampires. Wights and Wraiths will crush my enemies (couhg, cough The Silver Cities, cough, cough). Zombies and Skeletons? Who needs them? Splice them into the horrors I will create. Rip enough souls from the lands to make my Vampire lady wife. Ha ha ha ha ha...HA HA HA HA HAH!

Ygg char is the Dungeon homelands, correct?
In that case, sign me up. The underground passageways will be extremely easy to defend and allow me to terrorize the countryways above. Plus, Black Dragons are awesome.
And Dungeon has lots of hot chicks.

according to the storyline demons only come out of sheogh when theres a solar eclipse, so you know. an ultimatum would be kind of wierd considering your dependent on the sun and all.
+ They like to kill things! Not rule over them!

i would take Silver Cities.
There i would study all magic schools so one day i can obtain a Spell of Mastery that will banish and destroys power of all Wizards, Warlocks, Runamages, conjure big army and conquer all. Finnaly turn for Necromancy and live forever as undead.

I'd take Sheogh and open up peaceful trade with the other empires. I would also start a food charity program and open up nun converts all across the land for succubi to join. I'd also appeal to Asha and ask him why my people are locked up in the core of the earth.
