But Lysander... a man who never considered himself as even a prince. became the king of small kingdom of Peledron. he referred the dynasty as Gryphonheart Dynasty. so that's why i call Heroes IV as "Gryphonheart Storyline"
Nicolai Ironfist escaped Antarich through another gate. which it leads him to Ursanian.... a whole different world to what happened in Heroes IV
is "Legends of the Ancients" a mod to Heroes V ? and gimme a link to it please

There is also the fact that if magic still exsisted when these things were created there would be additional complications. Think about what a fireball would do to a cannon? Or a couple barrels of the powder used? I wouldn't want to be anywhere around if one of these devices was struck by lightning either.
Interesting. very challenging for game designs to balance musketry concept in HoMM universe instead of deny it's entries.

No, Sheltem didn't craft the Sword of Frost. Plus don't forget that the Reckoning destroyed the whole planet of Colony, not just Antagarich.

This thing you call "Ursanian" is in fact the continent of Rysh, which is also on Axeoth along with Heroes IV's continent of Lodwar. Legends of the Ancients is a campaign featuring Solmyr, Lysander, Gauldoth etc.

Really?? I though Rysh (i used Ursanian name following what i've read in PC Gamer Mag ) and Axeoth are separated planets (and i guess the Ancients colonized or crafted the planet though :lol

I only played a part of Might and Magic 9 (bug eats the game! ngewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww~!) and only encountered lil Nicolai (he would have to gather his men to fight Lysander Gryphonhearth in order to restore Ironfist dynasty.. during MM9, he is just a powerless lad, lived as a commoner)
where is Archibald Ironfist? if he survived the blast (he's wicked and smated enough to leave the Colony before it's perils) where in the Axeoth he is now? and how does he live? did he plan any "Comeback"?

You'll be convinced that the planet is indeed Axeoth if you listen to the narrator's voice after starting the game... Further proof? And the Ancients sure did colonize the planet, we're told that in The Dreamwright.

Why would Nicolai want to fight Lysander? Not only are they related but Nicolai also clearly wants to attack Kreegans instead of his fellow humans. He may be a little crazy but he's not an idiot.
I don't know what's the story with Archibald - yet - but Legends of the Ancients will reveal that in the next few episodes.

Alrite Ceph. it's gonna be two separated threads... one for GUNS in next Heroes game. others are Gryphonheart storyline... but... which section of this forum should i house the two threads?.... *sigh* there's no off topic or any sections designed to discuss Heroes storyline.
