how can I make necromancer to have 'rage of the elements'???

I'm working on mixed hero that has necromancy and warlock's skill.

base hero was Straker(necromancer)

so far, I could get him INVOCATION as his primary skill, and empowered spell, elemental vision, dark ritual. but couldn't rage of the elements.(I gave him necromancy as just skill)

I think it's because necromancer's skill tree is different from warlock's or sentence "<Item>HERO_SKILL_RAGE_OF_THE_ELEMENTS</Item>" has wrong spelling.

so how can I make necromancer to have 'rage of the elements'???
