Poll Question:
Beauty - The Poll
You are walking along the sidewalk and pass two women (adapt gender as needed). You don't pass them at the same time, but within maybe 30 seconds of each other.
One woman is very beautiful. You can use whatever standards you want for beauty, body type, make-up, dress, etc.
The second woman is kind of plain, or maybe even a little below average looking, but not distasteful. Again, use you own standards for appearance.
When you pass them, both make eye contact with you. The beauty looks you in the eye and acknowledges you. The plain woman looks right at you and flashes a big smile that's genuine.
You don't pass anyone else. Ten minutes later which one are you still thinking about?

My answer should be obvious. A warm greeting is better/more memorable then anything. Everybody has some sort of beauty, even if it is inner beauty. Appearences mean little to me, as long as they have a good heart.

As you say.
I think it can go both ways.
I had warm greetings, I had many different greetings.
Many memorable.
I think it's hyprocritical to say only the inside is what only counts for memories.
Memories are the past, it can be from beauty in the inside or out.
It's still memories.
I am sure you even have your limits Mytical.

Probably the beuty. A warm smile is nice but its not what i would be thinking about 10 minutes later. If i only saw them for a few minutes id probably forget their faces. But remember one as distinctly beutiful.

I enjoy the female form as much as anybody. My idea of true beauty starts with the eyes. Though I prefer green or blue, any eyes that sparkle or I can get lost in is great. I enjoy fitness (despite being big myself) but not skinny. Like a little extra meat on the bones, if they are twigs I don't care if they look like a victora's secret model. I'll pass.
My preference is red hair, but shiny luxurious hair I can run my hands through is good regardless of color. Asymetrical (spelling) is also preferred. Height is a non-issue. 3' to 7' makes no difference to me. Petite can be cute, but a 'full bodied' woman can be sexy.
However, I am not a stickler for anything. It is once you get to know somebody that their true beauty or ugliness comes out.

It seems it's eaither the buns or the eyes for people.
I love looking into someones eyes & trying to figure them out.
I hate sad eyes.
You can tell that they are sad.
I like Blue eyes also.
Maybe thats why all the women I dated were blue eyed.
Then again they also liked blue eyes as well.
Thats where I do not come in lol.
How can anyone not like the womens body.
Even straight women loves the womens body.

I think i would memorize the smiling one better. When you get nice eye contact whit somebody you might remember it rest of the day but if somebody gives you nice smile it warms up your hearth. Of course you might remember the pretty face and figure but i would probably forgot both ladies faces and only remember the "nice smile" i got.

Seriously though, I should respond to my own thread. I forgot I even did this.
To me a smile is BY FAR the most attractive and sexy thing about a woman. When someone who is average looking smiles, they suddenly transform into someone of beauty. When it shows in their eyes, they just light up. And I completely melt.
Did I mention that I like smiles?
