Darkness Elemental
Most of the Darkness Elementals develop in the depths of Ashan, in caves and tunnels and places of darkness where the influence of Malassa, the Dragon-Goddess of Darkness, is great. Caverns, crevices, and pits are all potential birthplaces. Dormant from sunrise to dusk, they strengthen and grow at nightfall. They sometimes rise to the surface, but will never appear in direct sunlight, yet the more powerful ones can manifest themselves even in the light of a hazy day. Spirits of obfuscation and mystery, their exact form is elusive. They often appear as moving shadows or areas within which light appears unusually wavery and feeble.
Dire Wolf
In the Holy Empire, Dire Wolves are among the most feared predators of the wild. The ruthless warriors of the Wolf Duchy have chosen this bloodthirsty beast as their blazon animal, and they have learned to train them into efficient, if somewhat unreliable companions for their hunting parties, and of course, for war.
Tier: Elite
Timber Wolf
Inhabitating most of the forests of Ashan, these noble predators use their speed and pack tactics to hunt. Contrary to the bloodthirsty Dire Wolves, Timber Wolves usually stay away from people, but have been known to attack lonely travelers, especially during harsh winters when game becomes rare. Wolves howl at the moon, and are thus often believed to be servants of Asha in folklore and legends.

Sabotage Mine
At the price of all his remaining movement, the hero can sabotage an enemy mine. The mine's production stops for 7 days. An enemy hero can repair the mine, at the cost of all his remaining movement.
Active ability - Rank 2
Architect III
Once per day the hero can visit a town and enable a second daily building to be constructed.
Passive ability - Rank 3
Visions
Reveals the skills of an enemy hero on the Adventure Map and the exact number of troops in his army.

The Week of Might Abilities continues!
Let's review three skills of the War Cries school, that allows the Hero to boost the efficiency of his troops for a few turns.
Heroic Charge - Active ability - Rank 3
Target friendly stack's Movement is increased and deals more damage for each square crossed before the attack.
Stand Your Ground - Active ability - Rank 1
Target stack gains 1 extra retaliation and its Might Defense is increased. Lasts 3 turns.
Warlord's Command - Active ability - Rank 2
Target creature which has not yet taken an action this turn acts now instead of when it was supposed to.

Public Closed Beta Q&A
Hello Heroes,
As you know, the Beta of Heroes VI starts tomorrow June 28th @ 6pm (Paris time).
I know you have been all asking questions about the Beta, Beta keys and DRM in Might & Magic Heroes VI.
Hereby you can find answers to the most of your questions:
1. Is it possible to play offline (DRM) ?
You have been all asking questions about Might & Magic Heroes VI and DRM. Here are the details: Might & Magic Heroes VI is fully playable offline. If you choose to play while connected with your Ubisoft account, you can gain access to extra game features. These bonuses are all part of what we call the Conflux and are only available when playing online.
What’s the Conflux?
The Conflux will extend your experience and allow the whole community to be part of the game:
• Create your online profile, share and compare your achievements and progress
• Check out the latest Might & Magic news and chat directly within the game
• Manage and customize your heroes and weapons online
• Unlock exclusive bonuses
2. Is Beta playable offline?
In order for the development team to monitor the possible bugs and errors, players are required to be connected at all time during beta gameplay.
3. I ordered the game a few days ago, when I will get my beta key?
For those who have preordered the game before the launch of the Closed Public Beta, every Beta Keys should be sent by June 28th at the latest.
You can also preorder the game after June 28th during the Beta. In that case, you should receive your Beta Key either within 3 days maximum by email or even directly on a flyer or pre-order pack. It depends on your retailer.
If it’s not the case, please contact your retailer.
4. If I deleted / will delete it how to quickly get it back?
If you delete your Key or lose it, please, contact your retailer first or the customer support as a last resort.
5. Do I need any keys, or all I have to do is find my "Order Details" then click on "Electronic Download"?
You will need a Beta Key before being able to download the Beta.
6. Is beta key available in all countries? Are retailers in charge of sending the Beta key?
You should be able to get a Beta key from any country. Retailers are in charge of sending the Beta Key. Beta keys are available from participating retailers only.
7. Will it be possible to play on Mac? Is it planned for later?
There is no Mac version for the Beta and there is no planned for later.

4/ “Is my feedback read by the team? How will M&M team deal with it”?
Your feedback is very valuable for us, and we would like to thank you for all your comments.
We noticed some issues remain important for you.
Important changes like the town screens and user interface were already notified by our VIP fans during the “technical beta” phase.
These features are on our “improve” list, but they’re not the only priorities and they would take a lot of time of development.
The development team at Black Hole and Ubisoft are working hard to be able to offer you the best possible Heroes experience at the time of release.
However, we must inform you that it will be hardly feasible to change the user interface (including the town screens) for the release.
That being said, we’d like you to keep in mind that we won’t stop improving the game beyond September 8th. We’ll continue to update and improve Heroes VI after the release date.
5/ “For how long will the BETA last?”
The Beta will last at least for 3 weeks.
6/ “Is multiplayer mode available?”
During the Beta only the “hotseat” multiplayer mode is available. Full multiplayer mode will be available in the final release only.
7/ “Michael figurine is so beautiful! Can I pre-order it in my country?”
Michael figurine is available exclusively from Ubishop. Currently you can pre-order the figurine (in limited edition) only from these countries:

I also download FanKit from Ubi page and I saw that few concept was updated. For example Mizu-Kami:

First of all, thank you for your very valuable feedback since the beginning of the Private Closed Beta!
During all this time you asked us about game improvements, technical issues and next steps. In the Q&A below (worked out by the M&M team) you can find answers to many of your questions.
1/ “Until when the Beta will last?”
The first phase of the Beta of Might & Magic Heroes VI will end on July 25th.
After that date we are planning to include an additional content and reopen the Beta within 10 days. The added content will be automatically accessible to players registered to the Beta before July 25th via Ubishop or Steam.
The date of the reopening of the Beta and the additional content will be communicated lately. Stay tuned!
2/ “Love what you've done with the faction conversion of cities. It would be nice if this could ALSO convert the secondary barracks dotted about the city's control area.”
You can actually convert Cities, adventure map Dwellings and Forts.
When you capture a Dwelling belonging to another faction, you can click on the “convert” button to convert it to your own faction. The creatures it produces are added to the common pool, and can be recruited directly in the Area’s control point (City or Fort). Fort can also be converted, and if a Fort belongs to your own faction it will generates some gold every day.
3/ “Why it is impossible to load a hot seat game from the main menu?”
We are still in the process of tweaking the main menu interface. Changes should be visible for the next Beta patch (see below) but we think Hotseat should be accessible through the Multiplayer menu.
4/ “Some of the AI's have no troops, which causes a stall after you go to your next turn.”
This is a bug and will be fixed.
In Heroes VI we wanted to allow the Heroes to move on the Adventure Map without troops. They cannot attack enemies or interact with buildings providing bonuses to troops, but they can pick up resources and treasures, and interact with buildings provining bonuses to Hero stats. However, they can be attacked by enemy Heroes and are then immediately defeated.
5/ “Will you add a default hero for any faction/random selection as it takes a lot of time to create a hero for the multiplayer mode”
There will be default heroes available for the AI. However the human player will still have to create his own heroes.
6/ "The core creatures are way too strong or elite/champion creatures are way too weak..."
We are mainly in the process of buffing Champion creatures. We will also continue to consider any tweak necessary.
7/ “My hero was magic based, but I pretty quickly just dropped using magic because the main attack was better.”
When choosing a Magic hero, the first damage dealing spells the hero chooses should be at least be as powerful as a Heroic Strike. We are currently reviewing and fixing any issue related to this.
8/ “There are some purple artifacts which seem overpowered”
Purple artifacts (more commonly known as Relics) are meant to be very powerful and rare artifacts. Some really powerful artifacts are also “legacy”. However we do not rule out the possibility to make changes in the future.
When found on the Adventure Map, Relics are most often guarded by Champion stacks, making them dangerous to collect. You can also find them when visiting an Artifact Merchant, but they are very expensive.
9/ “In Heroes VI healing and resurrection are very common. “
This was a design choice but we may have pushed too far in this direction and are considering possible changes in this area.
10/ “Are you planning to release a patch?”
