Yes. You can buy from all towns except Nature aka Preserve.

After will post the Beta 1.2 MOD for Disciples 2, I'll make a single version for Heroes IV too that will include: income, recruit both level 2 and pure necropolis.
Also, will be separated for each, so people can choose.

I'll post today the single version for town hall, city hall, can hire both level 2 creatures and pure necropolis.
You can download Can Hire both level 2 creatures or Pure Necropolis Creatures in separated version too.

Believed or not, I haven't played Heroes IV in the last 2 years...I'm doing this for fun and I have big plans for future.
I'll play myself again someday Heroes IV
