I think he is referring to the boots of speed and the gloves being right beside eachother right next to his main who happens to be Gunnar... unless I missed something :S

Lots. I killed them same day. Was around 40.

How did you get gunnar att 5 & def 7 on day 3? Arties or just lots of fighting? Both?

I dont recall it, but its on jebus so i pick up chests with main plus stronghold have free arts lying around. I probably have visited some buildings too.
And yes I got reinforcements. I had 70 goblins, some orcs, a behemoth and some necros.
