Kicked from clan
About an year ago I was in a clan "Dacians" with Diegis and Jinxer.After few month of inactivity for me ,when I talked with Diegis I was surprised to find that I am no more in that clan.No explanations ,no mails ,no nothing.
So ,I want explanations from Jinxer and Ves who decided to kicked me without tell me or Diegis.

When I came with the idea of creating a clan, I told Lord Nerevar and he joined. Then I asked Jinxer. From that point we decided Lord Nerevar to be the clan leader. After a while, we decided Jinxer to be our clan leader because of his record history in TOH. We play after that, some of us got some clan points some lost...anyway I dont think it matter.
Lord Nerevar stop playing for some time (few moths), I did the same, and when we came back to play our game...i noticed Lord Nerevar was removed from the clan. I told Jinxer nothing...and Lord Nerevar as far as I know found a new clan...
I'm not intending here to say anything but the facts...
So dont judge me, if you'd judge something, judge ... the facts!

Okay lets set the record straight here......
First of all, I asked vesuvius to remove you from the clan BECAUSE you just disappeared without a trace, not a word, nothing. You didnt e-mail me or message me and say " Hey Jinxer I am going to be away for 6 months but will return please dont remove me " There was no communication from you. And YES I did send you an e-mail AND tried several times to send you msn messages. But you were always marked as offline. I felt it was silly to leave you in the clan when you were not an active player anymore?!!! When you dont play a single game for 6 months why would anyone want you in there clan? Mellimor at the time was looking for a clan and was excited to dedicate her time to playing games for the clan.
I dont have anything agasint you LORD Nerevar, I didnt remove you cause I disliked you or anything, I only did so, because you went inactive and quit playing for MONTHS and never said anything to me.
Sorry if you got offended. But I think if you ask ANY clan leader in TOH, if one of there members disappeared for 6+ months and never said a word on where they were or why they werent playing, and didnt reply to e-mails that they would replace that member. Guarenteed.
And the fact that it took you a year to notice you were replaced... speaks for itself

I'm checking my e-mail everyday man...Is exactly what I wrote to you first time in the post.
Then why didnt said something to DIEGIS then? I speak with him almost dayly. Why didnt you remove him from the clan? There's just few questions you avoid to answer me.
Yes, I belive you wrote and told to Ves, but told nothing to any members of the clan.
If I stand like the clan leader, like I was and offered to you this possition, would you still removed me from the clan? If I remember well, I agreed with Diegis to take you in the clan, but this is your best way to say hello to u 2 Lord Nerevar...
6 months or 6+ months, it seemed you cant decided? I missed 3 months for some reasons I wont explaine here to you.
Also, as far as I know, the way is to let know all members of a clan about any change, at least this is a normal way.
But this is you it seems, no comunication at all, not even when I was in the clan I created.
By the way, what DACIANS means? have any clue?...no offence and gl

Listen, I sent you an e-mail asking where you were... maybe it landed in your junk spam folder I dont know.
If you want your precious Diacins name back you and Diegis can take it and restart your own clan. Most of the points in this clan was from me anyways. So you have my permission to have the clan name and I will rename the current clan. Me and mellimor will remain and I will find a 3rd.
I will contact Ves and inform him of your request.

And Jinxer, till you have the most points in this clan, I did, ok? after that you played more games then me, and I said nothing when you had less points then me

May be you are leaving. i CREATED THIS CLAN, AND NOW I'M LEAVING BECAUSE OF WHAT?

I am not kicking you out Diegis. I thought your buddy Lord Nerevar was wanting to take you with him You are more then welcome to stay. Keep in mind I did not ask for the Leader spot. You guys asked me to take it. All I ask as Leader is that my members play and be active. If you are happy and want to stay in clan Diegis, you are welcome to remain. But I will be changing the clan name. I will be giving the clan name back to Lord Nerevar so he can start his clan back up with his name.
I am still amazed that he is so mad at me BECAUSE he decided to quit playing heroes lol.. And Lord, you better make sure you are the Clan Leader... that way you can quit playing heroes for months at a time and you wont kick yourself out.

p.s. Just noticed that you already have 17 points in your new clan?? So you already joined a new clan played enough games to get 17 points and then after all that decided to make a public protest? Seems strange. If you were so upset, about finding out about being replaced, why did you not e-mail me and ask what happened? instead it sounds like you went to find another clan joined and became active again, then played a buncha games then decided to go to message board and start flaming. Let it go BRO! Bottom line, you did it to your self... you disappeared without telling me anything. So you are the one to blame.
Time to move on......

If you checked your email everyday, then you would should of been responsible to emailing them saying you will be inactive.
Unless your net some how went out, you could of emailed them yourself.
I dont blame them for giving you the boot.
You could of been an emperor & I would of given you the boot myself!
Instead of blaming others, why dont you check yourself.
We have seen people retire when they leave for over 3 months.
Especially when your trying to win & get points, there is no use when you are not even there to give the team an upper hand.
You should want to leave if you wanted the clan to win, you being inactive jeapordises thier chances to win dude.

I have points in one month almost half of them in 1+ years ,but not is the problem.The problem is how he kicked me out of the clan...without warning.
And by the way who makes the rules in a clan ,who decides to kick someone?

The REAL problem is YOU screwed up! You Screwed yourself! YOU quit on our clan FIRST! You FAILED the clan by leaving and NOT warning anyone.
You were not kicked because I disliked you, or you were a bad player, nothing like that... plain and simple you kicked yourself out because you disappeared and quit playing.
And be warned that if you just disappear again and go inactive and quit playing for your new clan... I guarentee that your new clan leader will also kick you out.
Not sure why I keep replying to this... I guess I am soo amazed that this guy truely doesnt think that quitting heroes for months without a word to anyone wis acceptable to a team tournament lolololol
