I know exactly how you feel. I have a younger brother and sister (twins). They arent as bad as they used to be, currently they are 13, so they're somewhat more mature.
In my room, I have a can, like an old soup can or something like that which I keep all of my change in. A couple of years ago I found that the change that was in it kept dissapearing. It wasnt the small stuff like pennies and nickles, it was the loonies and toonies (yes I'm canadian). I automatically knew it was my brother or sister, or both, I never actually figured out who it was for sure.
More recently this happned. In our office (its what we call the computer room) we have 2 computers, I'm always on one of them and my sister on the other. Most of the time I'm playing my games, Heroes 3 or 5, Age of Empires etc. and my sister is on the internet, downloading stuff like theres no tomorrow. Then the internet bill comes and it's fairly expensive and my parents think it's me who did it because I'm more computer savvy than my sister. I try to tell them that my games do not use internet and it's my sister's endless downloading that makes the bill expensive, but they just dont understand.

Well no wonder they don't believe you. Games DO use the Internet, and some of them use a lot of it.

My Mom is completely insensitive to my feelings and needs.
she is always telling me to clean up my stuff.
IT IS NOT ME who takes it out and not put it away however.
I always get blamed. Eg: sister breaks homm 5 disc (true). my mother said i should have stored it up higher.(can i go farther than the top shelf inches below the ceiling?).
My Ds no longer works because my little sister likes to borrow stuff from my room and "play with it" (she jammed a cartridge the wrong way and it no longer reads carrtridges.
I store it in a specialcase and my mom just says. "you shouldn't let her into your room. (I was at school when she broke in)

Well of course she tells you to clean if not her than who?
But how does that make her insensitive?
Make it clear to your sister that you won't stand her playing with your stuff or going to your room. Yes, even kids 4 or 3 years old understand that. If she doesn't listen to you get your parents to make her listen.
Or does she even listen to your parents? If she doesn't have respect for them then I blame them for bad upbringing.

Seriously my tooth went 3cm into my lip after he knocked me down when we were playing outside.
Next thing i know i'm alone and he denies ever being with me to his last breath.

So he's a jackass but what do you care? Just don't play with him.

Do you have a modem? Not a broadband?
How can she download lots of stuff with it?
Or do you just have some strange billing custom?

Not if you don't play them online.

@joonas i avoid him most of the time.
i was probably overreacting when i was talking about my mom.
I juts was a bit pissed when some of my favorite games seem to have gained scratches that would normally have appeared in ten years under my care.

@ideas to keep my sister out of my room.
1. my room used to be my brothers as well (he recently moved out)
but he never moved his clothes out = he is always in and out during the evening and morning.
2. my mom often goes into my room and such.
3. my cat has an annoying tendency to open my door and sleep on my brothers bed
4. the maid on monday cleans it.

i close the door when i leave but it often it gets opened for some reason or another.

i had a mate who was in a similar situtation. he got all his brothers clothes, put them outside of his room and said "You made your decision when you moved out." and the big bro accepted it

Just ask your mum if she would close it after she goes out

OMG, you have a MAID!!!! you must be loaded, Man!!!!

anyway, again, like your mother, ask her to close the door after her.

there is a simple way to know if your room has been broken into, spill some stuff on the floor, if there are foot prints in then someones been in your room.

My mom probably does close it but its the attention it attracts to my room.
Knowing someone was in my room isn't the problem.
My cat is far too fat the be launched out the window. (and the only window leads out onto the additions roof.
And finally the maid is inacessable ie i cannot speak to her.
as for my brother...
I wouldn't touch his clothes with a tenfoot pole. THEY REEK. and not only that but well i shouldn't say this fact.

Perhaps write her a note?  Eg, "Hello, Please close the door to prevent troubles with my Sister. kthxbye."

I did the same with our cleaning lady who comes in once a fortnight.  Only she kept organizing my bookshelves, which is annoying because I had a shelf of favorites disorganized exactly the way I wanted them, and I can't get it back to the way it was!

(I like messy shelves, the term "Scholarly Squalor" is one of my favorites)

Yeah, I hate when people reorganize my stuff too

Good thing is I have no maid anymore, it's more work, but is worth it.

Suggestions:

A) get some good hiding places - noone EVER finds my stuff I dont want them to, be it candy (Im 16 but I still keep candy stashes, and everone else in my family would it it all), money, anything.

Here are a few good ones:
In the vents that do air conditioning / heating
Inside your computer case
Inside boxes of old stuff (eg memorabilia, trophys, things from earlier ears of school)
Behind hanging clothes
Behind TV or monitor (if it isn't flat screen and is against wall)
Right outside window (works only in some houses)
Under your brothers mattress
Behind books in bookshelf

I don't want to say the good ones, because my brother reads HC. Also I could say more if I saw your room.

As for your door a few suggestions
A sign or asking nicely (never know, its worth trying)
a wedge (lol)
a new doorknob (ooh creative)
a bucket of water balanced on door top
move anything in your room people want to access

I think the most genius thing I've thought of (that I'm willing to share) is put a shirt / sweater / rug something on crack below door. This does a few things, muffles sound (incredibly well, try it), blocks light (cant tell if you're staying up late, etc), and if someone else opens the door while you're gone, it moves the rug in, so even if they close the door, you can tell.

But seriously, if your mom won't let you put a lock on the bathroom, you need to talk to her or something.

I mainly hide stuff, and remove all reason to go in my room. And if anyone ever started searching my room, I would know.

Being the second youngest of 8 siblings (5 sisters, 3 brothers) = You have my sympathy.

Not that any of us had anything to steal from eachother anyway.. Everything was pretty much everone elses. Except underwear. And candy.

Otherwise, it wasn't exactly the same situation. Most of us got along just fine with the rest and I had to share rooms with my sister for quite some time. We fought a bit, but that happens. My older brothers (they're twins BTW) hunted each other with proper hunting rifles (AND proper ammunition, not that full metal jacket nonsense) when they were kids. It's a miracle they're both alive, actually.

But I can tell you, it feels REALLY good to live on your own. It's awesome to have a big family, but loneliness is bliss sometimes.
